Terrible and lazy staff. I went at 9pm on a Tuesday night and they said they were out of chicken. I was shocked bc I know it takes a little less than 15 min to cook a new batch. The staff simply refused to cook more and said there was no more chicken left with an hour left til closed. Terrible experience.

This is a different Church’s Chicken from my last review. But this location was authentic, the chicken tasted original like the recipe hasnt changed, crispy, hot, & just delicious.

I attempted to order from this location, the gentleman that assisted us seemed that he didn't want to help at all. I wanted to order 4 breast on top of a larger order oli attempted to make and he continued to say there were no breast, we asked if they would be making a new batch, he said probably not for another 15 to 10 minutes. He did not provide solutions and seemed as if he didn't want the business. I left and went to the location in Pearland on Broadway and they took our order with no issues, and there was no wait time. I will not come to this location again. You need to hire people that want to work and who give out a good vibe. Attitude is everything!

NOOOOOO FLAVOR WHATSOEVER. I was so highly disappointed. I came home to complain to my grandma and she said they never have any flavor anymore. Sad.

I tried to come to the place last night on the 20th December 20 of 2024. They were closed and had family and friends inside having a party Exchanging gifts with kids inside, but they were closed and they don’t close to 10 this was literally 855. I don’t know how long they were closed. No one had on the churches uniform. Everyone was in regular clothes, dressed up and then when I tried to pull the door open, To see if they were actually closed I guess they assumed it was funny

Food was nasty nasty. Mac n cheese was horrible n orange. Chicken didn’t have any flavor n the fries were warmed up n soggy. I normally don’t eat from here bit It’s a No for me.

This location on Cullen is ranked a 0. I was using my rewards and the manager tells me she was told I need to purchase something in order to get my reward items. She needs to be trained on how the rewards program works. I called corporate to report them and they said this is not how the rewards program works. The biscuits were burnt and I left the chicken there. This is what happens when you have untrained staff that doesn't know all things needed to know about their job. I do not recommend this location. I will never come back here, as always keep passing it up or go across the street to American Deli that has great service!

Been coming to this location for 8 years and I never had any issues but today I left this location furious. I was waiting in line for over 25 minutes being only 1 car in front of me and no other cars on sight. And my order was small too. So when I got to the window my food wasn’t even ready so I proceed to ask for a manager the lady snapped back at me immediately and said she was the manager and rolled her eyes I asked her name she said Maria she walked off and slammed the window door! When she came back I told her i would report her and she said good she doesn’t care bc it is only two of them working they are short staffed and to make matters worse when she gave me my food it was completely wrong I asked for a refund and contacted their corporate office right away this is insane. We will see if they reach out to me

Went to pick up a family meal that was a 20 minute wait around 6pm last night.It took 50 minutes to get our food and came home and we did not get our honey butter biscuits. Poor service. This was my first time and probably my last.
