They always have the freshest food. The hours are sporadic and you never know when they're gonna actually be open. They also offer delivery if you order on line. Don't even have to download apps

I went through the drive through on one occasion and sat there waiting for someone to answer the drive through speaker and got nothing so I figured they were closed for some reason and as I drove off I looked inside and an employee watched me drive off. This was about 4 PM. On another occasion at about the same time on a different day I drove in and got no answer from the speaker again, only this time I decided to stop at the window and a young woman opened it as if she was expecting me, I then asked her if the speaker was working and before she answered me she turned to look at all five of her fellow coworkers who were just standing there and then turned back to me and said ''No''. I looked her dead in her eye and said I don't believe you and she started to smile and looked at her coworkers again, she then took my order and it took about 20 minutes for them to make it. It seems like a practice of not working and avoiding customers has become the thing to do and teach new workers how to do it. The girl that was serving me didn't seem comfortable with what they were teaching her. In my opinion this place needs a whole new staff to weed out the bad culture.

The chicken isn't always fresh like most Church's. They can be out of chicken pieces, specifically wings often, as they were on Tuesday (7/1/25 @ approx. 630pm) and dont offer to cook any, unless there was a supplychain issue. .

Terrible and lazy staff. I went at 9pm on a Tuesday night and they said they were out of chicken. I was shocked bc I know it takes a little less than 15 min to cook a new batch. The staff simply refused to cook more and said there was no more chicken left with an hour left til closed. Terrible experience.

This is a different Church’s Chicken from my last review. But this location was authentic, the chicken tasted original like the recipe hasnt changed, crispy, hot, & just delicious.

I attempted to order from this location, the gentleman that assisted us seemed that he didn't want to help at all. I wanted to order 4 breast on top of a larger order oli attempted to make and he continued to say there were no breast, we asked if they would be making a new batch, he said probably not for another 15 to 10 minutes. He did not provide solutions and seemed as if he didn't want the business. I left and went to the location in Pearland on Broadway and they took our order with no issues, and there was no wait time. I will not come to this location again. You need to hire people that want to work and who give out a good vibe. Attitude is everything!
