The service was horrible. I went through the drive thru sat there for five minutes.. NO ONE said anything NOTHING. I CAME OUT OF DRIVE THRU TO GO IN YOU have 3 employees with head phones on to the drive thru. They couldn't take my order or say I'll be with you in a minute. On top of that I asked and employee do they drive thru speaker work, she says it is sensitive. The food we got was not fresh.. The corn was hard no butter. I wasted 20 dollars on some nasty food that had to thrown away. I want be back!!!!

This location is the worst one i've ever been in. At dinner time they have anything ready or they say they'er out. i went in last and they did not want to honor my coupon and told i can buy chicken somewhere else. I made a report the home and no replay back yet. Stay away from this location - 14455 Cullen Blvd, Houston, TX 77047

Really impressed with their Bourbon Black Pepper Smokehouse Meal. It's a half a chicken smoked or grill that is so juicy it Melts in your mouth and the Bourbon black pepper sauce the pour on it after its done is DEE-LICIOUS. Suggest you ask for a side cup of that sauce cause if not you won't have enough to sup up or dip your meat and biscuit in.?
They had no chicken...absolutely rude as well. Don't waste your time.

This Church’s is already at a gas station so I’m judging off that already, I gave them 2 stars for my food being hot and fresh maybe? I asked for okra they burned it chicken did not have not seasoning, didn’t taste like Churches at all. Chicken was hot however, extra crunchy not crispy, crunchy. When chicken sit out to long they’ll put in oven to keep temp then put it back out that’s why it’s hot and crunchy when you get it. I don’t like that. Needs Improvement!!!

Im really upset that my jalapeño poppers were so over cooked. You taste nothing but oil. All the chesse was gone. Also, my honey biscuits were so crunchy. Ive never ever had a problem with my order. Im so upset that you pay to get quality of what you ordered. Dont mess the recipe up. Reprsent Church's name by cooking thing right. Im very disappointed and upset.
