Churrascos Catering

We chose Churrascos from our wedding venue's preferred vendors list and they did not disappoint! They came highly recommended and working with Marc made the process so easy. From the tastings to wedding day, Marc and the team were so helpful and accommodating to any adjustments and dietary restrictions. All of the food was incredible and beautifully presented (passed appetizers, plantain station, dinner, dessert table). We couldn't have been happier - highly recommend!

My wife and I can't say enough about Erin and her catering team! We received so many compliments about the food at our wedding, it was definitely one of the highlights.

Erin was so involved in communicating with us from the start. She was always willing to give us information even before we officially signed as a client. We felt so taken care of that we didn't want to go with any other vendor!

Working with Erin was the easiest part of our wedding! She handled everything flawlessly. The food on our wedding day was perfect, exactly the way it was made during our tasting at the Sugar Land Churrascos restaurant. Our guests were raving about the hors d'oeuvres even before dinner was served.

We also used Churrascos for our bar service, and they did a fantastic job with the volume at our wedding. They were fast, professional, and the drinks were exactly what our guests wanted. Erin helped us tailor two signature drinks for the event, and they were a big hit!

For any large gathering we hold in the future, Erin and Churrascos will be a part of it! We'd leave 6 stars if we could.

I couldn’t be more impressed with Marc Mann and his team at Churrascos Catering. They were professional, organized, and a true pleasure to work with for my employer's Christmas party (about 200 people). From planning through execution, Marc and his team's professionalism and attention to detail were evident at every point. The food they provided was outstanding! The guests raved about it throughout the evening and in every conversation following the event. The staff was attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful, always making sure everything ran smoothly. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, which made the event feel effortless. Marc and his team exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to work with them again.

Churrascos did a fantastic job catering Ashfield Gardens Holiday Party. When we asked for something, they responded with a smile and provided great service, food, drinks and extended a great welcome to all attendees. Would recommend them for any event. They did a great job in clearing the facility in a timely manner.

Marc & the entire team were so great wo work with for our company's Christmas party. From start to finish they handled everything needed, ease of picking out menu and switching items up that our team. They showed up on time to the event, set up everything on time and had the food ready to serve for our guests. Our guests LOVED the food and gave raving reviews. This is our second time using Churrascos and won't be the last.

we had Marc Mann and Churrascos Catering come and provide us with our annual Thanksgiving Luncheon. It was perfect. They were on-time, their set up was great and they were very professional. Absolutely we would use them again and again.

This is the 3rd time I have used Churroscos Catering. Whether its a 50th birthday party, Wedding shower luncheon or rehearsal dinner at our farm, It's all been absolutely perfect! The food is plentiful and delicious and the staff are wonderful. You should have no reservations in giving them a try.

Our Wedding planner introduced Churrasco’s catering service. Marc Mann and his team did an amazing of setting up buffet style dinner for my son’s wedding at The Springs in Angleton. They handled all logistics, passing appetizers, silverware, plates, serving cake etc. Thoroughly enjoyed appetizers, their signature steak, chicken, pasta and amazing salad. We should ordered more desserts as their bite size sweets were gone in no time. Highly recommend Churrasco’s catering for any occasion!

Got catering for my wedding from Churrascos and worked with Marc Mann. Communication was exceptional to get everything sorted, service was great, and food was delicious. Easily recommended.

Churrascos Catering was amazing this past weekend for my daughter's wedding!! It first started with meeting Marc Mann and discussing our options, along with getting honest input and advice based upon his experience. The food tasting was great, but the food for 190 guests at the wedding was amazing.

We selected to use a buffet with two lanes, so that all guests could be eating within 15 minutes of dinner starting. As I walked around the room to great our guests, each one raved about different food items being served. All loved the mini chicken & waffle bites, along with the mini gulf crab cakes. Others raved about the strawberry fields salad, but I thought the asparagus were grilled to perfection and the steak argentino with chimichurri sauce was perfect. It was certainly the best wedding meal I had experienced, as long as I could remember.

In addition, there was ample staff to refill water glasses, remove plates in a timely manner and to bus the tables appropriately throughout the entire evening. Also, they were very quiet and efficient, as there was no distraction to any of the wedding speeches that went on for 30-45 minutes.

Overall, we could not have been more thrilled with Marc and his team at Charrascos Catering for the fabulous meal they provided at a fabulous venue (Blue Magnolia).

Choosing Churrascos for our wedding day catering was by far the best decision we could have made. From the very beginning of the process, Marc Mann was extremely professional, kind and so helpful guiding us through the process. The servers on our wedding night went above and beyond for us, giving the best service we could have asked for. The food was so amazing and we had so many guests come up to us to tell us how much they enjoyed their meal. Everything was perfect!
