Churrascos Catering

We used Churrascos Catering for 350-person award ceremony and I cannot say enough good things. From the planning process with Marc to the day of coordination with Adrian, their food, service, and overall quality were second to none. Thank you, Churrascos for making our event go off without a hitch!

We used Churrascos catering for my daughters wedding and they were amazing. They handled everything from the apps, to the formal sit down dinner and the food and service were top notch. I also had several of the Houston guests come up to me and say how excited they were for dinner when they figured out it was Churrascos.
Erin was a pleasure to work with and the catering logistics with her were by far the easiest part of the wedding planning. Highly recommend.

I worked with Marc Mann for a big party and it was a wonderful experience. His suggestions were fabulous and he was so flexible with my changes. But the best thing is that the food was FANTASTIC! My guests raved and raved about the food.

We had them cater our wedding and the food was amazing. My guests continue to talk about how good the food was. The only downside was that the catering staff would pick up plates too quick. Guests would get up from the table to get a drink and by the time they went back to their seat, their plate was gone. It happened to me too with my wedding cake.

We worked with Marc Mann and Churrascos Catering for our wedding and they did not disappoint! We opted for a buffet-style service (along with their passed canapes) and it was fantastic. The presentation, taste, service, and professionalism were all great. Marc and team made the process so easy and smooth. I would highly recommend them and use them again!

Many of our guests commented how delicious everything was and consistently commented they sure didn't feel like they were eating a "catered" meal. We hosted an event at our house for almost 100 guests. Churrascos catering and more specifically Marc Mann did an incredible job. The staff came in and did everything from start to finish. We would give Churrascos Catering many more than 5 stars if we could! We have always loved the restaurant and were thrilled to see it on a vendor list for our daughter’s wedding! From the beginning, Erin made it such a pleasant experience! She was in touch to give us options, the quote and set up a fabulous tasting to help us narrow down our choices, which was difficult as everything was great! When the big day came, it couldn’t have turned out better! Every person on the team was friendly and attentive and the food was fabulous! The steak and chicken were cooked delicious and to perfection, the risotto was flavorful and no one had ever had Brussels sprouts that great! Several of our friends saw the truck and told us how excited they were during happy hour! Then, we had so many people tell us how delicious the food was! Every single thing was perfect!! We would definitely work with Erin and Churrascos again!!

We recently used Marc Mann and Churrascos Catering for our spring gala, which is also our largest event of the year. We planned to serve around 450 people, and Marc was absolutely wonderful to work with from the very first inquiry email we sent.

Marc not only navigated each of our changes and updates with joy and flexibility, but he never made a change or a question feel like a burden to him. He was always happy to help and happy to give us the best service he possibly could.

We happened to have the misfortune of hosting our event during the horrible storm that just happened. While we and our guests were safe and comfortable in our venue, Marc and his team got completely shut down due to the intensity of the storm. They not only almost lost all of the food for the event, but had to completely pivot to try and get hot meals made and served to over 400 guests at the same time.

Marc's team provided such impeccable service that outside of the service time being pushed back due to conditions outside of their control, no one would have been the wiser of the stress that Marc and his team had to endure to provide us with fantastic service. Marc never once complained, and jumped right in to help his team deliver delicious food to our guests.

I would recommend Marc, Churrascos Catering and his service team again and again, and I look forward to partnering with them in the future! Thank you, Marc, for everything!!

In Churrascos Catering we did not find a caterer - we found a partner! They served a gala event for 450 people FLAWLESSLY. With attention to detail, professionalism, ton of flavors, and the BEST ATTITUDE by everyone on their team - from the managers to the servers, to the wine stewards. Marc Mann, their Senior Event Manager, has a fantastic disposition, knows his business like nobody else, and responds to emails quickly and accurately. He never said "no we can't"; he always put forward solutions that had our best interest and budget at heart. We will use Churrascos again for the Gala, and for my personal engagements as well!

We used Churrascos Catering to cater a party for close to 300 people and Marc Mann and his team did an incredible job.
