It was a very nice experience. It has been a long time since I have been to Chuy's. A lot has changed but for the good. Got my usual burrito and was very pleased.

The food is just consistently delicious. Big thanks to the chefs—my Chika Boom Boom enchiladas are always amazing, and the burritos are super tasty too. The steak is so tender and flavorful every single time.
The to-go staff is always friendly and makes picking up food easy. Just a small heads-up—sometimes utensils are missing in the to-go bags. It’s not a big deal, but it’d definitely help when I’m eating on the go.

If you do not like sauces where the peppers are very chunky, or that have chopped onions, you will want to avoid the new Creamy Green (Hatch) Chile sauce. I'm frustrated that their online ordering doesn't offer details on ingredients in sauces and condiments so that we can make informed choices.

I was visiting Houston and had my car broken into. The scoundrels dumped my belongings close to the dumpster at this location. The manager found my bag call me and emailed as well because they found my contact. I really appreciated the amazing extent that Rafael and his team went to recover my bag and whatever belonging remained.
This type of service was heartfelt and I know their customers probably feel the same when visiting this location. Thank you Rafael and Team!
