It's been a long time since I've had a good experience at this location. Everything seems to be hit or miss. After my third bad experience here, I probably will not be returning. Most recently, my service was excellent but that food was not good. Rice and beans were bland and the fried chicken, which is normally decent, tasted like it was over cooked in old oil. The meal was saved by the margaritas and queso, but that's not enough to bring me back. It makes me sad because I used to really enjoy coming here.

Stopped in to eat with my fiance and daughter but when we walked in there was no one at the host stand to seat us or great us. We waited and waited and since no one ever came my fiance went to the bar to ask for help getting seated and the bartender purposely ignored him. She saw him standing there and then refused to even make eye contact and kept her back to him the entire time. I honestly don’t know why I continue to give any Chuy’s location a change as EVERY single one I have been to has had the worst service.

My family and I walked into Chuy’s expecting to be seated, but there was no hostess anywhere. We stood around for several minutes, then I walked the restaurant myself trying to find anyone who could help us, but everyone appeared too busy to even acknowledge us.
I eventually went to the bar, hoping to at least get assistance there, but the bartender would not make eye contact and clearly had no interest in engaging or asking if we needed help. We were completely ignored.
This is now the second Chuy’s location in the Houston area where we’ve had a bad experience. The difference is that at the other location, we were at least able to get seated. Here, we weren’t even given that courtesy.

Used to be a very nice place, no longer, prices are getting higher and the food portions and food quality has diminished. DO NOT order drinks the regular drinks are now called the XL size, and the price is also XL, sheesh a price for 2 people with a drink each is $90+, definitely my last time in this place.

Everything is great as always! We ordered the combination Fajitas with shrimp. And our all time fav Tres Leches cake! Ashley was our server and she went above and beyond with all of our requests! Thanks for her and chuys

1st and last time visit. We ordered beef fajitas for two. The beef was tender and there is enough for 3 people, but the beef had absolutely no flavor (like very litle to no seasoning.) Mexican rice had no flavor either. Came with 4 cold flour tortillas. Chips come with a chucky red salsa and some sort of white dip. The red salsa was decent, but we like resturant style salsa, not the chunky. We couldn't figure out what was the white dip. Peppered buttermilk, maybe? Ordered a small queso, pretty much flavorless too. The waitress was very pleasant... but we will not be going back. Paid over $60 with tip... felt it was a waste of money. 2 stars for food. 5 stars for service and atmosphere.

Im picking up from Uber eats and the appearance inside is beautiful , lots of art painting displayed on the walls lots of tables I wish I can eat here but I'm just ubering , I would love to come back ant try the food here because the smell is getting me hungry
