Food quality sends lower since I last visited a Chuy's. More like a Ponchos buffet quality. Server was quick and friendly. Decor and atmosphere didn't sync up. No that has nothing to do with quality food but at a certain price point you expect more than just the grub.

I ended up getting a to-go order, I loooove their queso. Chips a tiny bit too salty, salsa too hot for me lol. If they had the same verison of salsa but less hot, I would gobbled it up. The steak enchiladas were amazing, great TexMex food. Quanity is perfect for leftovers.

Was seated at a table for over 20 minutes. Was ignored by both servers . Was nevered offered drinks . It felt like both servers were tip profiling. Tables that were seated after us had drink orders taken while we waited for a server to come over . Table behind us had poor service also . They said that they were waiting on their receipt to leave and were still waiting after we left . Very poor service . Will not be going back .

Seen, but ignored for about 6 minutes. As soon as we turned to leave, a man greeted us & seated us. There was a large group seated beside our small 2-top table. The servers were falling over each other to Keep the group happy. After being ignored again for about 8 to 10 minutes, I was able to ask a server for a glass of water. She then sent our server apparently. I asked if we could still get the $5 queso and she said oh sorry, you just missed it by 4 minutes. Seriously... ??? We finally got service and the food was great but trying to get anyone's attention for more napkins or a refill or whatever was tough. It was a negative visit.

I can say that I have always enjoyed Chuy’s food but in this particular day I had some issues. Went to Chuy’s on lunch I usually order my food and walk over as I have a timed lunch period. I ask to take a seat at the bar and have them bring the food to me. I have done this on numerous occasions at different locations. The staff is usually very friendly and attentive. But on this particular day I was completely ignored for 45 mins. I had to walk and get attention of another team member from The whole other side of the restaurant. I tried to get the girl at the bar attention the whole time and once we did see each other and I got up to make it easier on her she gave me a surprised look and bolted into the kitchen before I could even get to her. As the only minority in that particular area and seeing the waitress only wait on the non-minorities in the area ONLY. Not once did she see how I was doing or if I needed anything. Spoke to a manager who did not once acknowledge my side of the story and tried to offer a free meal. I was in complete disgust with this Chuy’s location. I hope this is not the mindset of the company.
Now I know why it is called Chuy's, beef fajitas so chewy I couldn't bite through some in my tacos. Even holding a strip in my hand, I could hardly tear through the slice. Ordered pico ge Gallo and got tomatoes and lettuce, no pico.

This location seems to be having a staffing issue. They had five servers on a Sunday afternoon. Knowing people come here after church. While they had three hostesses. The host’s were uneducated and needed more training. They don’t understand how to calculate wait times appropriately. One of them was very rude in the manner of how she speaks as well.

I ordered the queso appetizer for pick up. When I picked it up, it didn't have the salsa fresco or creamy jalapeño ranch. I asked and was rudely told, "That only comes with entrees, but I'll give it to you THIS time". I said, "That's not what it says online or I would've purchased sides". She looked at me for a second and then just walked away. She did give them to me, but she wasn't doing me any favors. It is included in the price.
