I'm sorry but every Cicis is always so dirty and outdated. My daughter found a bug on her pizza. I even saw the cook take some pizza that was already old (1/2 eaten) from under the counter and put it out for guest to eat.

I'd like to give this place 4 stars, but unfortunately no one answers the phone for orders, and when I got to the drive thru window, the woman working it barely spoke English enough for us to be able to communicate. I'm not being dramatic. I understand English can be someone's second language, but if you can't effectively communicate, perhaps you should not be working the drive up window. The pizza was hot and fresh and very good. That's where the 3 stars come from.

Cici pizza on Woodforest is the worst the worker need to learn how to do there job. And most of all the pizza was no good and over cooked. This Cici needs help.
This was a waste of my time and MONEY!! The pizza had been sitting a while, it was all sauce, the dining area was a complete mess. I don't mind them playing music but being that a variety of customers from all different backgrounds come there they should play a variety of music. Sitting there listening to nothing but latino/Spanish music was not pleasant. I will not be back. This was just horrible!!! If I could have gotten a refund I would have.

This Cici's was a 1 Star a few months ago but today is worth 5 stars! Everything has changed. Different people. The cashier is extremely friendly and keeps up with greeting people, saying goodbye and keeping the food bar replenished and clean while still getting his work done and answering the phone at the cash register. Constantly replenished the buffet. Clean. Even the soup is upgraded with veggies in the broth. They have cheese packets again and the salad bar was fresh. It's definitely a different experience that's well worth it. We will definitely be back!
