I love going on Monday and Tuesdays for their $5.99 special. The food is always hot and fresh. The service is amazing. Everyone is attentive. The atmosphere is cool...it's CiCi's

It is very dirty and it needs to be much cleaner and their toilet paper they do not have any toilet paper and their toilet does not have flushable abilities the food is terrible overall I would say it's one star.

We come to Cicis weekly, but this visit was the best yet thanks to Raphael! He went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy, including singing happy birthday to a guest and encouraging his team. Our food was fresh, and the service was top-tier. Give this man his kudos—he’s the reason we’ll keep coming back!

The manager at this location is an absolute joke!!! You stand in line for 15 minutes with only 2 people in line while the manager stands by the second register and just smiles at the people waiting instead of being a responsible manager and stepping on the second register when your guy at the front is struggling with a complicated customer and on the phone!!!!

Always nice to stop by and eat my fair share of pizza 🍕. I don't eat pork and they had other options available for me. They accommodate with special orders for the buffet.

Kids were craving Cici’s so I decided to stop by even though I saw some negative reviews. Let me just say the pizza buffet had hot fresh pizza and the salad bar tasted amazing. The young ladies in the front were such a great help. They answered my questions in a polite way, and were respectful. Thank you girls for the great hospitality. Will definitely be returning 🙂

When i say that's the most fun I've had at a Cicis in a long time. The music was a vibe. The manager on staff was amazing. My godson birthday party was so good we want to have my son's birthday party there. The staff was younger but looked happy with the manager seem to respect him and looked like he respected them.
