All employees do an awesome Job here it's mostly the customers are at fault we would appreciate regular Iceberg lettuce and soup wasn't hot enough

Summer
We came in to eat lunch 11/11/25 around 11:05am the food was not as good as they use to be it was a disappointment. Also their credit machine ate our $20 and when we told the coworkers she told us “you will have to wait for someone with a card to open the machine” we sat there for 20 mins waiting and nothing from them, they did not care. Do not waste time with their games cause it’ll eat your money up. I would love to have that $20 back cause this isn’t no tip

The food was okay, the cinnamon rolls were burnt. They need customer service training the cashier kept referring to my son as a she and he when constantly corrected him he looked at me as if he didn’t care or it didn’t matter. The inside was DIRTY!!!! So much trash on the floor had a hard time finding somewhere to sit because I wasn’t sure what tables were clean cause all of them had literal trash surrounding them. Just a terrible experience.

This cicis is by far the WORST pizza place in Houston . I took my sister and kids to eat here and omg 😳 the food was horrible cold , plates was wet from washing, very nasty environment not clean ,there was no pizza out . My sister and I placed an order and they put the pizza out and didn’t tell us anything therefore the pizza was almost gone . The manager was very rude. Had a very unpleasant attitude towards us .they better be glad I gave them 1 ⭐️ I would not recommend this cicis to anyone you’re better off eating from Little Caesars. If you want the best Cicis Pizza I recommend the one in PASADENA they are the best. Even if i have to drive on the other side of Houston.

appearance - this location is the best location for Latino atmosphere. It’s fun and different.
atmosphere -that atmosphere is alive, especially with a good crowd hearing the laughter from The kids in the background makes it more fun.
Service - now the service is a different story, I’m very impressed always constantly checking up on you and making sure you’re having a great time and enjoying the food and if we need anything else. Thank you to the staff. Muchas gracias María C. Keep up the great work.

Undercooked and nasty! Went to CICI Pizza for take out ordered Pepperoni Pizzas, Wings, and Brownies. Got home and everything was undercooked. The Pizza dough was thick and gooey, not the usual delicious thin garlicky crust on that is signature CICI Piz. the cheese and topping were sliding off the pizza, ugggghhh. I put it in the oven for another 15 min, but my kids still barely ate it. I put my wings in the air fryer and added my own sauce. This made it a little better. Will not go to this location again. Their food is nasty.

I don't know how to explain my problem without being disrespectful or rude but the team there don't seem like they're really good on customer service and then half the time they don't speak English when you're trying to ask to place an order which is fine because I speak Spanish. they only serve the basic pizza they hardly put any of the specialty pizzas out on the line. They need more communication, more customer service, more bilingual people, more toppings on the pizza, more specialty pizzas on the line.

The manager on duty, who is a very rude young man, told us that pizza was only for takeout after 9 p.m. So why do they have a sign that says they close until 10 p.m. We are a very large group who, when we finish our activities, usually go to that place to eat. But since this young man has been there, things have changed a lot. I totally disapprove his treatment to the customers.
