Undercooked and nasty! Went to CICI Pizza for take out ordered Pepperoni Pizzas, Wings, and Brownies. Got home and everything was undercooked. The Pizza dough was thick and gooey, not the usual delicious thin garlicky crust on that is signature CICI Piz. the cheese and topping were sliding off the pizza, ugggghhh. I put it in the oven for another 15 min, but my kids still barely ate it. I put my wings in the air fryer and added my own sauce. This made it a little better. Will not go to this location again. Their food is nasty.

I don't know how to explain my problem without being disrespectful or rude but the team there don't seem like they're really good on customer service and then half the time they don't speak English when you're trying to ask to place an order which is fine because I speak Spanish. they only serve the basic pizza they hardly put any of the specialty pizzas out on the line. They need more communication, more customer service, more bilingual people, more toppings on the pizza, more specialty pizzas on the line.

The manager on duty, who is a very rude young man, told us that pizza was only for takeout after 9 p.m. So why do they have a sign that says they close until 10 p.m. We are a very large group who, when we finish our activities, usually go to that place to eat. But since this young man has been there, things have changed a lot. I totally disapprove his treatment to the customers.

By far the worst Cici I ever been to the worker are so lazy we order a 5 piece wing never got them, ignored us when we asked questions they act as if they didn’t understand English. Plus it was empty so why poor customer service,Horrible never coming back

Soon as i got i asked when will the chocolate dessert be done cause it was like 6 left that looked tossed around they told me 13 mins it’s been an hour i keep seeing they putting out new pizzas for everyone else but the one pizza i asked for still haven’t even been made me and the cook lock eyes i asked how long would it be she looked down like she didn’t see me so the cashier asked her she shook her head no he gave her a certain look she backs up to where i couldn’t see then started talking under her breath he walked off like i wasn’t there waiting for an answer

Found something crispy in macaroni. Called server over, she said she had no clue what it was, didn’t bother to get manager. Salad was hardly any in there, it was around 2. Pizza cold, no new pizza the whole time we were there

Omg what can I tell you about this experience .. oh Lotsss Of things! First of all card reader wasn't working, the guy was a whatever it is and attitude kind . No pizza lots of people on line to be told oh it's cash only , they took a lot of time to bring out pizzas , some of them seemed to be there for awhile like a day before, it's the first time this place that I know of has been so out of whack , the guy up front finally went in to help and someone asked him for something he seemed up to be there at all .. Come Cicis get it together

This was the absolute worst cicis pizza I have ever been to. The worst part was the pizza. The pizza was coming out partly done. The sauce and cheese was running off the pizza. I will never visit this location again.

The soda machine was broken, only water. There was no food besides some undercooked brownies when we got there. They were raw and watery. I waited 45 minutes for them to cook pizza and restock the food. Not happy that I payed for bad service and no food when I got there around 7pm on a Thursday. I’m not one to rate places bad unless I was really upset and displeased with my food, but the lack of food and bad brownies made me post this review. The people that helped me were nice. The only food that was good were the pickles… all around not a good experience. It’s wasn’t busy when we got here. I understand it’s a buffet and Cici’s so the standards aren’t so good but this was disappointing. Also the pasta was to hard as well. I would tell you to go somewhere else for any price or cheaper. $20 for two people and the “meal” wasn’t filling.

there was literally no pizza when i came in, the brownies are severely undercooked, and none of the sodas were working except diet dr pepper and cherry coke. it was super disappointing considering I paid 20 dollars to be here for literally mac and cheese being the only restocked thing. it wasn’t even busy, and then when they finally started making pizzas, they kept making the same ones so there would be 3 of the same one out at the same time. i could’ve gone down the street to dominos and gotten better pizza and service for the price of this
