I went in to pickup an order via Uber Eats Delivery, and the atmosphere was a mess. What's worse?! Flies! I could have done without but it wasn't my order. I personally wouldn't eat there.

The new manager Juan is a absolutely unprofessional. The store is a big mess and he isn't serving the customers the way they trained them to. He was rude to a disabled customer and lied to them saying he couldn't make the cinnamon rolls they way we ordered . Which is not their policy. Most of the workers are unable to speak English which makes it impossible to have a good experience when trying to order my food. I took 3 people to understand basic English 3 combos and 3 drinks they acted like it was Chinese arithmetic. I am disappointed at the scale of decay this location has gone through in just a short period of time. I completely explained to this guy manager named Juan that I was going to do a review about his poor behavior and he blatantly didn't care . He unprofessionally shrugged his shoulders and rolled his eyes. I'm not sure who trained this guy but he has shoulder length hair and NO HAIR NET. Its disgusting seeing all that hair near the pizza. And everything would not have transpired the way it has but he didn't want to do his job. Customer service should be at the top of the importance level but they don't even care. It was first with the short girl who took the order and said the coupon never existed about the 4.99 buffet and when we pulled it up on the app she said the manager JUAN would not honor it. So we paid $39 for 3 buffets and the buffets were NOT WORTH IT. We couldn't have the pizza we wanted PER JUAN saying that he was told not to give us the toppings we asked for. Then he was over the top rude about it. I don't have time to play with kids I want him demoted to janitor or fired . He don't deserve to be calling himself a manager if he can't even please the customers. I'm very mad about how it went because YESTERDAY we came here and got exactly what we wanted which HE didn't buy the ingredients but acted as if it was coming out of his check. I don't suggest coming here because JUAN is such a terrible manager and they don't make the pizzas you want. They make the pizza he wants you to have and that's not what we paid for. I'm highly disappointed and really want a refund because the experience was not worth coming.

This place was not like it use to be and they don't even have good sides items for the salad and than I wanted wings and I couldn't even get them and then the pizza was ok but some was cold .

Absolutely TERRIBLE! First I paid for a pizza only for them to tell me they are out of chicken. Ok fine. I order a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and half the pie has NO cheese and sauce. I asked for a refund and that idiot of a manager had the nerve to say he was being nice giving me 10.00 back. Sir I tipped and didn’t even get any food I’m lucky I would like my tip back but I’m l am already frustrated. I’ll never return.

Hadn't eaten all day and just finished all my shopping in Northline Mall when I walked into Cici's Pizza. It's been years since I have eaten at a Cici's Pizza. The side salad was really good I added purple onion and green bell pepper on mine with a few pickles on the side. I really enjoy thin crust pizza and though they didn't have any thin crust the pizza was pretty close. I had a pepperoni slice; an all-meat slice and I tried their New Chicken and Waffle slice pizza which was pretty good. I order the buffet and a regular drink. I paid $12.97 with tax for just myself and really enjoyed all the food ate. Also, I noticed this is a Family friendly place to take little ones if you have them or just a nice lunch to enjoy by yourself. All the Best,

That pasta only boiled and the sauce separately???? I didn't like it!!! Have you not considered putting spaghetti??? And make pizza with elbow topping...?? Just because my son likes to eat pizza and can eat different toppings.
