Avoid This Place, hardly a buffet. They cook more pizza to go then for the buffet. Everyone walks like they don’t have a clue or nothing to do. Fire the managers and Close this place down. I went for lunch after therapy. There was only 2 slices of pizza, buffet was empty. I asked if I could order a pizza for the buffet they looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. They kept putting pizza’s no one eats. What about a plain ole pepperoni pizza. I asked several times them when they made one, it was gone before I could get a slice because they couldn’t keep up with the buffet. Roughly 90 percent of the pizza coming out were to go or pizzas. I asked the manager for her name and branch manager info. She refused and said they don’t have a branch manager. So I asked the guy manager, he said theirs a QR code on the door. I told him look we’re here for the buffet, where is the buffet. I pointed at the buffet, I said look theirs no pizzas. He could care less. I said can I get a refund or something. Nope. I said well I guess you can’t help me and so we left. Spent $50 for a crappy salad, wow, this is by far terribly the worse Cici’s I’ve ever been to. All kids running this place. It’s not their fault they weren’t properly trained. People were walking in seeing the empty buffet and leaving. So don’t go here during lunch hours unless you want to fight for pizza slices.

The lady told me I couldn’t have my pasta baked it’s only for orders placed online for pick up. The pasta was cold and the pizza were cold as well. I just don’t think for $23 this is worth it.

Cicis Pizza is a budget friendly spot offering an all you can eat buffet with plenty of variety. Pizza options are simple but satisfying, and the salad bar, pasta, and desserts add good value. Staff work hard to keep food fresh, and the casual atmosphere is great for families, kids, or quick group meals. A solid choice for affordable dining.
