As a kid cicis was my favorite but until I moved to Texas last year and ever since I have grown not to like cicis at all. Everytime I go to this location they have no pizza out and if they have some out it’s a few pieces and is old and cold the crust on the thin crust were burnt,The pasta is bland the noodles tasted over cooked. The desserts were horrible cinnamon rolls were hard and stale that’s a disappointment because those used to me my favorite. I go every month to see if it will change and it doesn’t.

The food was good. Just depends how long it’s been sitting out there, but I will recommend waiting for a fresh new pizza. I do wish they could provide more different pizzas for the public. Other than that great place for lunch and a buffet.
Very disappointed in this trip out . I'm surprised that a restaurant that caters mostly to families doesn't have a changing table in the restrooms. I had to change my son in the car. The staff showed attitude when asked to clear a table that had been sitting vacant and dirty. When my husband asked for fresh cinnamon rolls he was told that they were fresh . We told them we had been there for about an hour and had not seen them replenished at all he was again met with attitude. When I went to serve myself a drink at least 3 of the flavors were out and just ran clear. My kids were so excited to go out to eat and left disappointed.

First time at this location on a Wednesday October afternoon (1ish). Not busy at all. Entrance is towards the back. Food was good and they had a good selection. I do mostly the salad bar, soup and a few slices of the jalapeño and veggie pizzas. They had sweet bread too that looked delish. Place was clean, restrooms too, although there was no mirror and no baby changing table. Kid videos were playing which is perfect for a family friendly establishment and music was decent- a variety of all genres.

Great pizza a bit on the oily side like Pizza Hut but good food. Like the new Ego waffle pizza, nicely sweetened and it just seems to work.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of games and arcade for the kids.
I love CiCis, I grew up on it and it has cemented itself as a staple in Texas for me but this location isn't it. The pizza is very bland, always low on soda, the tvs are on because on a screensaver, no music at all, and I understand people need to make a living but only the cashier speaks English in there. Please turn this location around. Kudos on it being clean but I guess because no one goes there.

Absolutely avoid… Don’t call to order, they refuse to answer the phone.
I called two different times and it rang for more than 10 minutes. After they finally answered, the male on the phone didn’t even apologize and acted like he could careless. I recommend ordering elsewhere. I will never be back.
