OK. I'm not going to bad mouth Cici's over this, but after I ate there, I had a stomach ache. I don't know what the temperature or how long certain foods were out on the tables, it didn't sit well with me. It's a first but I'm not going to bash them over it. Just make sure staff and customers wash their hands and use the utensils when handling buffet line food.

I ordered a simple large pepperoni pizza for pick up. I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. I didn’t get my pizza until 30 minutes later and it was cold. The associate gave me cinnamon rolls to make up for the time and cold pizza I guess. And to make matters worst the restaurant was dirty. I won’t be going back or ordering anything.

I went here yesterday while my car was being serviced because I wanted to feel nostalgia. We went after my football games when I was a kid. I was shocked at how bad the pizza is. Particularly, they are very, very stingy with the toppings. I don't know if it's just this location, but it was not the Cici's of yesteryear. What happened?

I’ve always ordered the macaroni and cheese pizza for my kids here. this occasion ordered the same by the time a get home opened the pizza the smell and taste was that the cheese is rotten called the restaurant to let them know I was told ok was not offered a replacement or a refund seems that they did not
