The service and employees were awesome! The food came out piping hot, and when we requested a pizza due to dietary restrictions, the pizza makers were very kind in immediately saying they would make the pizza for us. Also, we got the 5.99$ deal, and you just can’t beat that value nowadays so it was an awesome experience with great food and service. Thank you!

alvaro has been there all the time for me I come two or three times a week I need a wonderful individual. great customer service always smiles. these are quality people here everybody on the staff that matter are just nice. it's a great deal but when people smile all the time and makes your day.

I’m honestly disappointed with my recent visit. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was a strong smell of cleaner so strong that it felt like I could taste it while trying to eat. It made the whole experience uncomfortable.
Several tables had napkins left underneath them, which made the place feel unclean and poorly maintained.
A big issue was the lack of food labels. My friend can't eat pork, and she had a hard time figuring out which pizzas were safe for her. Having clear labels is basic and important for dietary restrictions, and it shouldn’t be guesswork.
The biggest issue was how long the food was left sitting out. Pizzas were getting cold and hard, and instead of replacing them with fresh ones, staff waited until people forced themselves to finish the old slices. That’s punishing to customers we deserve fresh food, especially at a buffet we’re paying for.
Overall, I didn’t enjoy my experience and left feeling disappointed. I truly hope management addresses these issues so future visits can be better.

Many times i’ve called to place an offer i’ve had an issue. Employees frequently put customers on hold and forget to respond to calls. In addition to forgetting promotions and placing orders. On too many times they don’t answer the phone. This usually falls on leaders not being effective.

Nostalgia, my cicis was closed down about 6 years ago and I was pretty sad about it. When I took the trip to Houston, I decided to stop at cicis in la marque. Went inside and was greeted right away, paid for the buffet and got my food within a minute. The food was just how I remembered it, the cheesy bread was the food I was looking forward to, everything was excellent and I would recommend to anyone who hasn't had cicis in a while.

!!!Please Read the Reviews Before Coming, !!!! They Have !!!!ROACHES!!! I came with my kids on a Wednesday around 6pm to start there were no pizzas so we have to ask the girls employees to make some ,they with a no so good attitude reply yes , so whatever we paid already we seat eat whatever pizza they put out , we were not the only ones there other people there complaining about the same no pizza in a pizza buffet, so after some time they kids were eating I was talking to my friend and suddenly we saw a roach 🪳 in the table next to the plates so we stand up right away and speak to the person in charge he said he the manager young boy and he just say to change to another table like be for real yall have a roaches problem so anyway we left and no they didn’t apologize or refund our money . Health Department Definitely needs to do an inspection here and yes I’m calling them

Pizza was okay but went to restroom and they were all very disgusting with poop all over.i can’t imagine if restrooms are like that.left very disappointed and grossed out.
