How did they hire such a great group of customer service girls. First time walking into this facility and was greeted with a smile. They were very welcoming not one not two but four girls. I especially enjoyed the conversation with the lady at the Cinnabon counter with her dramatic lashes. With this welcoming feeling definitely I will come back when I'm around this area. And also must include the cleanup man that works the outside to keep the area clean. Again with that smile and a warm feeling please come back again.

If I could put my review at no stars I would. Security here is a joke, just a low caliber puta on a power trip. I have never met someone with such low class in my life. That whole security team and management as well, needs to be fired. Not to mention there was no toilet paper in the stalls. Pathetic establishment with less than useful employees!

The denny's was the best service I've had in years. However security is walking around shining flashlights in the cabs of trucks to verify paid parking. They have a tow truck ready to pull soon as they verify nonpayment. Which is fine for those that didn't pay. But if I pay, I expect security not to shine lights in my cab if my ticket is in the window with big numbers for the date. Finding parking is hard enough. I won't be buying my fuel at flying J anymore and I'll be sure to pass it along to all my driver friends on TikTok.

Flying j is one of my favorites for truck stops. But this one was the worst one I have ever been to. 90% of the parking lot is reserve only and very little free parking. During the night people walk the trucks asking for money money, waking u up. I tried to buy premium internet to update my gps, and the cashier forgot to scan my rewards card to give me the internet credit. I called the number on the bottom of the receipt and the told me to get a refund l. I spoke to the manager inside and she told me they can't do refunds. Idk how u can't give a refund of $20 but whatever. Overall, absolutely horrible. Don't stop there if u can avoid it.

This is such a kewl truck stop. Not until recently did I go inside they have a whole gift shop area behind the food area before Denny's. It was definitely a treat, just their T-shirts alone, hilarious!! They also have glass curio cabinets with delicate glass curiosities. Next time you're in the area mosey on in. I'm sure you will find a, "Must Have". While you're at it you might as well have a meal at Denny's their servers are very competent.

A big fat NO for this place! When are you going to start enforcing your No Dropped Trailers policy?!1/3 of the lot is filled with just trailers and nobody's doing anything about it. I see reviews about dropped trailers being towed. Well the tow truck driver must've taken the night off. Worse Flying J I've ever been to. Will definitely pre-plan and never stop here again.
