I have been craving a cinnamon roll for a while now and this was great. I had the banna pudding cinnamon roll and it was a good balance of sweet and cinnamon.

I actually typically like coming here, but I just experienced an encounter with Fatima, and I did not feel valued as a customer. First, I walked in, she looked at me and didn’t even speak. Kept doing what she was doing and turned her back. I went to the bathroom, came back and she acted as if I wasn’t there. She barely Put any icing on the bun. After having to wait 15 minutes, The least I could’ve expected was a sorry for the wait. She was so non-chalant. The customer service today was horrible and if I ever see her when &/or IF I walk in, I would literally turn right back around and leave. She even told me she couldn’t give me 1 dollar for 4 quarters. WHEN she JUST gave me A LOT of coins after paying. Lol she acted confused & everything was super weird. As many times as I’ve been here, I’ve never experienced anything like it.

Woke up craving a cinnamon roll and picked Cinnaholic out of hat to try, and I’m so glad I did! Warm, soft, pillowy cinnamon roll with the right amount of icing. Delicious flavor and texture, every bit was wonderful. I had the “Old Skool” traditional roll but they offer a variety of gourmet options as well as cookies, cookie dough, dole pineapple whips and more. Definitely recommend Cinnaholic on your trip to Houston!

I came here twice during my short trip to Houston and it was fire. I stopped by once and just had to come back the next day. The cinnamon roll is a really nice size and it’s soooo good, nice and soft and gooey. I’ll never stop thinking about it lol, Cinnabon who?? Also not expensive and the workers are friendly.

The cinnamon rolls are fantastic! The topping options are delicious. What I cannot emphasize enough is how friendly and knowledgeable the staff has been during every visit to this charming dessert spot.
Really good cinnamon buns!! I was expecting to not finish mine but I definitely did. Really liked the service as well, very attentive. Will visit again soon

Boyfriend and I visited last week on a whim after a walk 😂 and it was delicious! I got the Irish cream, and he got the classic cinnamon roll, both so good. You can not go wrong. The lady who was at the front was super nice and helpful! 10/10 would go again!

Cinnamon rolls are my weakness, and Cinnaholic does not disappoint in that aspect. I got a roll with cream cheese frosting and strawberries. It was AMAZING. Additionally, the brownie I ordered was delectable. Now, the cons….the wait time. I placed an order online to avoid having an excess wait. However, when I came in at the scheduled pickup time, the staff had a backlog of orders they were catching up on for people waiting inside as well as online orders. I waited for a while - 20+ mins. The two employees working on orders seemed overwhelmed. Even though I had to wait, I thought they were very kind and apologetic which I wholeheartedly appreciated.
