Icing received tonight was spoiled, very disgusting to serve to customers. Also, I ordered a churro no melted butter and employee tried to say I canāt have icing with it. I had to clearly point it out on the menu taped to the countertop. The only reason I came here was because I had the same item at the pearland location last night. It was amazing at that location and the employee was super nice. I wonāt be returning back here for the reasons listed!!!

I have been craving a cinnamon roll for a while now and this was great. I had the banna pudding cinnamon roll and it was a good balance of sweet and cinnamon.
I actually typically like coming here, but I just experienced an encounter with Fatima, and I did not feel valued as a customer. First, I walked in, she looked at me and didnāt even speak. Kept doing what she was doing and turned her back. I went to the bathroom, came back and she acted as if I wasnāt there. She barely Put any icing on the bun. After having to wait 15 minutes, The least I couldāve expected was a sorry for the wait. She was so non-chalant. The customer service today was horrible and if I ever see her when &/or IF I walk in, I would literally turn right back around and leave. She even told me she couldnāt give me 1 dollar for 4 quarters. WHEN she JUST gave me A LOT of coins after paying. Lol she acted confused & everything was super weird. As many times as Iāve been here, Iāve never experienced anything like it.

Woke up craving a cinnamon roll and picked Cinnaholic out of hat to try, and Iām so glad I did! Warm, soft, pillowy cinnamon roll with the right amount of icing. Delicious flavor and texture, every bit was wonderful. I had the āOld Skoolā traditional roll but they offer a variety of gourmet options as well as cookies, cookie dough, dole pineapple whips and more. Definitely recommend Cinnaholic on your trip to Houston!
I came here twice during my short trip to Houston and it was fire. I stopped by once and just had to come back the next day. The cinnamon roll is a really nice size and itās soooo good, nice and soft and gooey. Iāll never stop thinking about it lol, Cinnabon who?? Also not expensive and the workers are friendly.
