Juice was great. Fresh. Flavorful. And… I stood inside of the empty juice shop (I know because I was screaming for assistance lol) for at least 10 minutes before the two employees came strolling through the front door. Frankly they’re lucky I’m honest as the unlocked coolers full of juice and all of their merch was left unsupervised. IMHO If I were the owner I’d have a hard look at the reliability of my employees and maybe put some policies in place about not leaving the shop unattended and unlocked…. ijs

I got a bowl that was ok, but the fruit was sparse and freezer burnt. Also, the place was not the cleanest. The walls were dirty and there was a whole bunch of old food and dirty dishes out.

To start as soon as you walk in - the aroma of the establishment is amazing! And, if you get a chance - ask for Skylar, she’s very attentive and provides quality service 5/5 - will be returning for sure 👍🏼

I walked in and I was not greeted. I stood there and looked at the menu and still was not acknowledged but as soon as I left to leave, I was told to have a great day. That’s very disappointing because the menu looks great and I really wanted to try something..

This is the LAST time that I give this establishment my money or my buisness...as this is not the first time that they have disappointed me with sub par or incorrect order... This evening, 5/6/25...I paid close to $40 for 2 acai bowles and they were HORRIBLE, Not only did they lackbflavor and literally tasteless, like ice, both bowels were also missing the ingredients, such as fruits that come standard on the bowel. I got the berry bowel, which comes with blueberries, strawberries banana, goji berries, granola, honey... there were no blueberries, no banana, no pineapple which I paid EXTRA for! My daughter got the Nutty bowel, and it was missing ingredients as well...and the worst part, is i order on line for pick up and I tipped them! I will be calling in the morning for a refund!

I submitted an online order May 1, 2025 for a 9:35AM pick up for a 24oz juice without ice. Upon my arrival at the store, I informed the clerk that my order was incorrect, but she declined to remake it or issue a refund. Instead, she provided me with a 12oz cup, despite my order clearly specifying 24oz. The clerk mentioned that the manager instructed them to serve a 24oz juice in a 12oz cup, a policy that is not indicated online or through any signage in the store regarding refunds. I attempted to reach out to corporate but have yet to receive a response. As a long-time customer, I have consistently ordered the same item without ever receiving a 12oz juice when I requested a 24oz. I have documented my order and receipt with photographs, and I have not consumed any of the juice, which I will gladly return to the business. With my order also came a free 12oz juice reward when you make a purchase larger than 15 dollars so I added an additional item an avocado toast to my online purchase . I just wanted my money back and I was refused . I told the female clerk I wanted to return the juice but just charge me for the toast and once again she refused and told me I can’t have any of my money back and talk to the manager and walked away from the counter . This is very upsetting and I have recommended this business to many of my coworkers. My coworkers and I are not coming back to this establishment . Both juices in the photos are 12oz. The green juice should be 24oz juice as my order states it should.

I talked to an employee and they argued back saying there was nothing wrong with the spoiled fruit.. The city should inspect this place because people can really get sick. I really wanted this to be my go to spot for bowls. I placed an order online for pick up since I know everything is made to order. Upon walking in I was not greeted by any of the workers. The young lady who was making the orders would make them and just sit them on the counter without calling the customers name who the order belonged to. So all the customers had to start walking to where she was putting the orders and checking to see whose order she had just finished. That was very awkward because at other establishments they call your name and let you know when your order is ready. I finally got my order and headed back to work. Only to realize when I got to work that the strawberries and honey drizzle were missing from my Berry Bowl. I called to inform them that my order was incorrect only for the young lady to tell me that the berry bowls don’t have strawberries on top only blended in. I tried to tell her that on the website the picture clearly has strawberries on the top,but she assured me that I was wrong and that it only comes blended in the berry bowl. Needless to say I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here just go spend your money at smoothie king where they don’t hold back on your fruit.
