This place was so nasty I try to give it a chance a couple of times. It’s dirty, the fruit is rotten spoiled. I talked to an employee and they argued back saying there was nothing wrong with the spoiled fruit.. The city should inspect this place because people can really get sick. I do NOT recommend this location.
I really wanted this to be my go to spot for bowls. I placed an order online for pick up since I know everything is made to order. Upon walking in I was not greeted by any of the workers. The young lady who was making the orders would make them and just sit them on the counter without calling the customers name who the order belonged to. So all the customers had to start walking to where she was putting the orders and checking to see whose order she had just finished. That was very awkward because at other establishments they call your name and let you know when your order is ready. I finally got my order and headed back to work. Only to realize when I got to work that the strawberries and honey drizzle were missing from my Berry Bowl. I called to inform them that my order was incorrect only for the young lady to tell me that the berry bowls don’t have strawberries on top only blended in. I tried to tell her that on the website the picture clearly has strawberries on the top,but she assured me that I was wrong and that it only comes blended in the berry bowl. Needless to say I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here just go spend your money at smoothie king where they don’t hold back on your fruit.

For $15 I wouldn’t expect my açaí bowl to come with frozen pineapple with ice all around it. Wasn’t fresh and didn’t look professional.

They charge so much for a drink. Their 16 oz drink is not even 16 oz it’s like 12 oz. And they fill it with ice so you getting basically like 6 oz.
It's not hygienic. Juicer was spoiled and they were unable to make the juice. Employee was so slow and lazy she cleaned the mixer and came back to make the juice yet juicer again stopped working in mid. Even fruits and veges were left unopened with flies moving around. I do not recommend clean juice nor I will visit back again.
My first time trying the almond butter toast and it was amazing! The manager Ricky recommended this item when I told him I was craving something sweet. The service was top notch as always. I love visiting this location because I always feel so welcomed.

Service was so slow - it’s like they didn’t have any suggestions , no enthusiasm, no answers to any questions about the products . They didn’t even put any sweetener in any of our drinks . The smoothie isn’t blended properly , chunks of the veggies in each sip .

I wanted to give this place a chance. However i just cannot with the poor service. Says they open at 7am. I ordered online for pick up and it’s 7:42am and no one’s here. And it’s not the first time this happens. Will find a spot that is considerate of customers time.

First time coming to this location, i got more foam than juice. Display of “fresh” ingredients, look old. The location on 290 is so much better.

2 stars for offering sprouted toast and organic fruits. The service is terrible. We walked in to zero customers…were not greeted, the attendant seemed bothered by anything we asked. 8/1/24 @3:30pm
The irony to serve high vibe foods with a bad attitude.
The avocado toast has always been underwhelming for the price point but not a lot of options when on the go for healthy foods. Overall we will not be returning bc the service is the most underwhelming and a complete turn off to be paying $35 + $4 tip for 2 pieces of toast, hard boiled egg, 1/2 avocado and 1 small berry bowl. Vitality bowls service has never disappointed and the food is actually better. (Fresh and not frozen hard)

It's unsanitary in the "clean" juice, do not go!!!! Fruit is old and gross, and they do not wash any of their equipment or sanitize anything.
