Nicole was awesome
Today I was in the neighborhood and decided to visit Cloud 10 creamery in the Heights. They didn’t have very many flavors that impressed me. I got one a dark cherry walnut ice cream that I simply tolerated and I feel like I waste six dollars and 50 Cent I will probably never go back here again. The service was very nice. The aesthetics was nice. The ice cream just didn’t do it for me.
The ice cream was ok. I had two flavors. 2 scoops was $7. The PB&J was delightful. The place could use a good cleaning. But the customer service? There’s a lot of room for improvement. Almost no interaction from the staff. They weren’t rude. They just weren’t interested.
Nice place
Bertha and Yaneth provided such an amazing service to our group of 10 people. The Banana split was delicious. I will definitely come back.
Update: Had to go back for the Nutella and marshmallow. The waffle bowl was made fresh for us. Love it!
We sampled a few ice cream flavors—Nutella with Marshmallow, Dark Chocolate, and Toasted Rice with the waffle cone—all were delicious and perfectly balanced, not overly sweet. The staff was really friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
Creative flavors. The pandan banana flavor has a homey banana bread taste. Staff was pleasant and let us sample all the flavors we wanted.
I can’t believe this place is still around, especially when Honey Child is half a mile down the trail. Ordered their “dark” chocolate. It cost $5 for a scoop in a cup. The server was rude and generally unpleasant and put half a scoop in there. The I cream was smooth but it tasted more like milk chocolate. Anyone who has had the black dark chocolate at Honey Child will me immensely disappointed. At least at that place they serve customers with enthusiasm. Even though it’s not cheap, they don’t just give you crappy portions with attitude. This experience last night made me realize I didn’t review either place. Fixing that now.
Amazing!
Nice place to hang out and get a good ice cream

Customer service has really gone down. The girl taking our order just stared at us until we placed our order even when we said hello and then proceeded to get our order wrong and didn’t even give us a chance to additions to order. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.
Has decent ice cream, although they don't take cash.

Big shoutout to Artavi Med Spa for giving us a Cloud 10 Creamery ice cream gift card! It's amazing how they support neighboring businesses. After my treatment, my daughter and I went to Cloud 10. She got the Nutella Marshmallow flavor and was over the moon. Yummy ice cream and a sweet community vibe—what's not to love? Can't wait to go back for more! ❤️

Honestly, I did love this place. I used to choose it over Jenni’s, but now I’ll only ever go to Jenni’s. My girlfriend and I went in to buy three pints of ice cream. And one of the ladies there offered a sample to make sure we liked it. And then rolled her eyes at the other coworker. Disappointing and made me feel really angry. That you could be mad at someone’s joy for ice cream.
