Customer service has really gone down. The girl taking our order just stared at us until we placed our order even when we said hello and then proceeded to get our order wrong and didn’t even give us a chance to additions to order. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

She got the Nutella Marshmallow flavor and was over the moon. Yummy ice cream and a sweet community vibe—what's not to love? Can't wait to go back for more! ❤️

Honestly, I did love this place. I used to choose it over Jenni’s, but now I’ll only ever go to Jenni’s. My girlfriend and I went in to buy three pints of ice cream. And one of the ladies there offered a sample to make sure we liked it. And then rolled her eyes at the other coworker. Disappointing and made me feel really angry. That you could be mad at someone’s joy for ice cream.

They have a great location next to a super popular playground so it should be the most popular spot in the heights, but the flavors are underwhelming (limited selection and what’s available aren’t the typical preferences). I think prices were slightly high, as well, but all the ice cream shops are expensive these days
Parking: There’s a small lot that gets packed for the shopping center because of how popular the area is. Can always street park in the residential areas
Kid-friendliness: Not as kid-friendly, kid-centric, kid-catering, kid-focused as it could be for the location

Ice cream is a little too soft in my opinion. The prices also don’t seem to accurately reflect the quality either as it’s not even organic.. plus they don’t take cash. Who turns away a paying customer based on method of payment ? ?

i love the aesthetics of this place. i got the brown sugar cookies and cream with waffle pieces and brownie bites. other ice creams i sample were ok. prices were a little high considering the small cup. i wish the prices were display clearly, but the service is excellent!

i wasn't overly impressed with the flavors they offered here. I felt like it wasn't very creamy. It's a more lighter texture than what I'm used to.I did purchase the hot chocolate balls anf they turned pretty well!I would recommend popping in for a dessert if you're just finishing up dinner in the area and within walking distance.
