We’re Louisiana transplants who were looking for good crawfish in the area and found Clutch City Crawfish at the Sam Houston Racetrack today! Miles served up the best crawfish and shrimp for a great price! They were juicy, easy to peel, and had just the right amount of spice boiled in! We tried the shrimp tossed in CC sauce and that added a little more kick! Both the crawfish and shrimp were flavorful and clean! Already looking forward to the next opportunity to get more from Miles this season! Thanks for giving us a little taste of home today Clutch City Crawfish!

Not only was Miles available for any questions, he offered knowledge at the ready and offered insight and resources that helped us make our first event successful. Our first interaction was via email, but within a day, miles was reaching out to set up a call- not only to better quote our needs, but to learn about The Big O Foundation as well. He maintained constant communication in the weeks leading up the event, shared our social media posts, and even put us in touch with a very nice sponsor. The crawfish absolutely lived up to the hype; I witnessed many of our guests stop by to commend Miles and his team the evening of and received many good things in conversation as well. Of course, the cherry on top is not having to oversee cooking, serving or clean up, allowing other facets of the evening to be catered to by myself and the rest of the board- that alone is a saving grace!
It’s easy to have someone cater an event, it’s not so easy to find someone who ENJOYS working with charitable causes, goes out of their way to help propel the success of the cause, jumps in to welcome out guests, AND produce food the crowd couldn’t stop raving about. Personally, the people make the experience and good people go a long way for me. If I could rate more stars, I would and will absolutely recommend them to anyone I know, while also booking for our next event!

Clutch City puts on a great crawfish/shrimp boil. Miles was super easy to work with to coordinate and schedule (and reschedule due to rain). On our first call, he let me grill him about where he learned to boil crawfish and how he boiled it. He does it right and everything was delicious. We'll definitely use Clutch City again.

Normally do my crawfish boils with a friend, but decided to use Clutch City for our son's graduation party so I could sit back and relax. Best decision ever. Miles did an outstanding job. The crawfish were large and tasty. All the sides (potatoes, corn, mushrooms, sausage, and garlic) were great. Miles kept the tables full of food and cleaned up everything afterwards. Will definitely use him again.

I had them at 8th wonder brewery. Never have I ordered crawfish I couldn’t finish. I ended up throwing it all away. They tasted dirty and had barely any flavor. They were so over cooked, it was tasted like I was eating days old microwaved food.

Served inside 8th Wonder Brewery.Not happy that I paid $9. A pound for warm, not hot, food. $50.00 for 5 lbs plus 2 small potatoes at .75 each. One was big one was small (not good if you are sharing a plate)The crawfish are not cooked in a flavored boil , so they were kinda unremarkable.Very disappointed with value for money
