We’re Louisiana transplants who were looking for good crawfish in the area and found Clutch City Crawfish at the Sam Houston Racetrack today! Miles served up the best crawfish and shrimp for a great price! They were juicy, easy to peel, and had just the right amount of spice boiled in! Clutch City puts on a great crawfish/shrimp boil. Miles was super easy to work with to coordinate and schedule (and reschedule due to rain). On our first call, he let me grill him about where he learned to boil crawfish and how he boiled it. He does it right and everything was delicious. We'll definitely use Clutch City again.
