I had a hair in my food along with a piece of green string. They tried to tell me it was my hair. The hair was blonde im a brunette. This is the second time this has happened.

Terrible service and people lack the ability to read orders. Ordered a white chocolate raspberry crepe with strawberries and a strawberry banana crepe with vanilla custard and was given no strawberries in one and no vanilla custard in the other. This is not the first time its happened either. Also ordered a panini that came on the wrong bread and wrong cheese. Decided to give benefit of the doubt last time, but this seals it. Stay away from this place.

I arrived at Coco's Crepe with high expectations. The place looks nice from the outside, but the disappointment set in as soon as I walked in.
The service was slow, as if they were doing you a favor instead of serving you. They gave me the menu, and after ordering, it took more than 20 minutes to bring me something as simple as a crepe... and it wasn't even made right: poorly folded, lukewarm, and with old fruit.
The smoothie I ordered tasted more like ice than fruit, as if it had been stretched to save ingredients. The price, however, was as if I'd been served a delicacy.
While I was eating, the staff chatted loudly among themselves, completely ignoring the customers.

The floor was greasy, the staff was indifferent, my gluten free crepe was not gluten free. One girl behind the counter was drinking a smoothie and the other was eating gelato straight from the container while she gossiped with the other. Yes, she was double-dipping. We chose this place for our last dinner with our daughter before she leaves for college. Pretty shameful place. Will not return.

The worker eats gelato from a spoon straight out of the gelato and double dips right in front of us. They act like you’re a bother while ordering and then joke around in the back. There was only one cook so it took a very long time. It smells bad in there so the food was unappetizing. There was no music just quiet and clanking dishes. This place should be on kitchen nightmares :/

Yesterday we visited this crepe place and the truth is we didn't like it .. first, my tiramisu crepe had a black hair on it, is fine, it happens to all of us and the cooking guys fixed it in minutes and they gave me an extra one as an apology but I don't know if some of the ingredients weren't good or maybe the water they had, but my sister, my husband and I vomited 🤮 and we've had an upset stomach since last nigh no come back to this location !

They have no customer service skills whatsoever. They don’t smile, don’t talk, act like you are inconveniencing them and they get your order wrong it was my first time experience and didn’t like it at all . Even when they get your order wrong you have to go in to get it corrected, there’s no apology or anything. The owner needs to be informed he has terrible employees. I will not go back who wants a crepe without strawberry and banana I told her two times that I wanted two crepes with banana and strawberry and the Nutella taste like water.

The two kids in the front (cashiers) were too busy flirting the whole time, he even got the orders wrong because they were laughing and giggling and flirting.

Been coming here for years, never disappoints. Only thing they need to improve on is them answering the phone for Togo orders. They hardly ever answer so have to go inside and order instead of it being ready. Nonetheless, best crepes in town.

Manager is exceptionally rude, ceiling is rusted, seats are torn, no cares give . Feels very very shabby. Needs to be renovated or shut down.
