We went to Paris some years ago. I had never had crepes. There were food stand on almost every corner, and theya all had crepes. On our second day I broke down and ordered a a breakfast buckweat crepe, loaaded with egg, cheese, chicken mushrooms, onion, and a seasoning. We ate crepes every day of our stay on our drive home, my wife went online and ordered a professional crepe for me as i do almost all the cooking and love to try new meals. Coco was a walk from our hotel. We walked over from our hotel. The location is in vintage park Houston. The staff were great, focused on service, delivering your food and drinks to your table. The prices were OK The portions are huge and pecan crepe was amazing! The drinks were equally as good. I highly recommend trying this place. You won't be disappointed.

Kid-friendliness: We didn't have kids with us but others did.

We just left the place, we order $36 on food and NOBODY cooked our order, after 40 minutes of waiting for our food, we asked the girl in the kitchen. Apparently she was not aware of it. This is my first visit to this place and I'm very disappointed. The person I was with, was someone I hadn't seen in a long time and that's the reason I didn't complain when I was there.
I'm very disappointed.

update: Friend urged me to go back and speak to Manager; coincidence that owner was there and I explained what happened. He was very very apologetic, gave me a refund for the muffin, heated up another muffin (which was DELICIOUS ) and threw in a bag of Madelines. The patio was spotless as was the rest of the place. I will return to try the crepes.
Bread pudding muffin was frozen solid; I could have broken a tooth (see bite mark in pic)! The guy at the register had no idea what cookies were packaged in the case. The water was room temp, no cold bottled water. The patio floor was filthy and the whole place looked dirty. There was an employee counting money on the side lunch counter—— yuck.

My friend and I went today 11/10/24 around 10:55AM. We walked to the cashier and he said that can't serves us until the table numbers returns. What s funny there were only 4 tables that were occupied in the entire place. We asked the kid if we could talk to the manager to elaborate more on this stupid excuse, but he said there is no managers there ONLY his coworker friend that made up this rule...so we just left. Something is fishy about this location.

The service it’s really bad, and they take a lot of time making the food, we were waiting for like 50 minutes just for one crepe.

I had a hazelnut latte with oat milk. It was really tasty and creamy. Next time I’ll try a pastry ??

Service was terrible it took over an hour just to get our two coffees and tiramisu cake which is literally in the fridge display. We’re here still waiting and have already let three people know and nothing has came still.

Food is always soooo great, I drive many miles just to get their crepes. I've been going there for years. My only recommendation will be to have more cleanliness and working restrooms. The one close to 249 has been having this issue with the restroom for at least 6 months.

The young man who served us was very rude, he did not clean the table, there were dirty dishes on it; when he delivered the food he didn't tell us what he was delivering so between us we had to explore to find out who had ordered what the person who works here had delivered to us, neither hello nor thank you, he didn't even give us a good day ? of course I won't be back I will happily go to another coffee place ?… by the way the coffee is so bad, I ordered a latte with oat milk and in my opinion they gave me a simple black coffee with milk because it was terrible.
Regrettable place

Crepes are not good

I love Crêpes and my experience here was shy of bad! The customer service helped a bit since he remade it… but still couldn’t finish it… the food was so cold it did not feel fresh:( I think I definitely wasted my money dining here because the food was just bad. It honestly takes a lot to mess up a dessert but they did lol.
For reference I got the Dulce Leche with fruits and nuts

The food, the service, and the atmosphere back in the day was pretty good for 4 stars. But after being away from this place, the food was cold, dry, and hard to swallow. The actual crepe, flavor, not there or hardly any flavor. Less filling. The sauces actually changed or screwed up on the color because the brown sauce was the right flavor. The food, the service, and atmosphere has gone downhill. CoCo Crepes is no more.

Wow! This is my new favorite restaurant in Houston!!! I loved the vibe from the old world look to the young and attentive staff; this is a very well thought out cafe. We sat outside and enjoyed the rain on the fountain and ate our weight in crepes. Good vegetarian options and amazing smoothies!
