Cocoa Cookie Bar is hands down the best spot in Houston for cookies and ice cream. This is a family-owned, family-friendly business that truly puts love into everything they make. The cookies taste genuinely homemade—warm, soft, perfectly baked—and the ice cream pairs with them perfectly.

First time at Cocoa Cookie Bar. The customer service is top notch with delicious desert offerings. Went with a chocolate cookie and got a pint of mint cream for the road. Very pleased with their service and products. Highly recommend

My friend and I had a great experience at Cocoa Cookie Bar! CJ was incredibly helpful and friendly, he guided us through all the offerings and let us sample a few ice cream flavors we were interested in. We didn’t get the cookies this time, but they looked absolutely delicious! We’ll definitely be back soon to try more. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!
