The girl kept getting my order wrong and then turning to the man like it was my fault and after waiting like 15 minutes I left without my horchata that I paid for because they were out but the girl never told me that she just let me order it and pay for it and then the raspa I got was wrong too and she was trying to say I never asked for what I asked for. Just terrible

Came here on the phone to order a snowcone and they daughter who is underage had took my card for the payment $5.50 I pulled up the same time as the father who is the owner . I asked the little girl was it a card limit as in do I need to order something else to be able to use card she said no. Just for the dad to go inside the shop and tell me the Wife refunded me my money alll because I asked the little girl can I have a receipt. The daughter with the pink hat. Never even seen the wife but she told the husband something happen between me and her when all a girl wanted to do was get a snow cone and hit up the park after a long day. Smh bad customer service

I will be reporting this business to the BBB. I nearly died due to food poisoning from this place! I ordered some nachos and the cheese had mold! They are breaking so many laws. I have reported them and will let my company know to send in a health inspector.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! YOU WILL BE RISKING YOUR WELL BEING AND THE WELL BEING OF YOUR CHILDREN!

Absolutely love this place. If I could make one request; can I have chili cheese with my nachos please? Oh and their snow cones are the bomb, brings me back to the good ol' days. Definitely recommend this place.

Skip this place, prices on menu are not accurate. I made a mistake giving this place a second chance after my first round was terrible service. I calculated about $22 for what I ordered but ended up paying $30?? Since I had doubts they overcharged me I politely asked the lady that was serving me. I asked for an itemized receipt but the lady at the cash register started yelling at me that the prices on the sign are incorrect. They couldn’t even give me an itemized receipt when I requested it. You should either update the sign or honor the prices you have listed. The cashier lady was rude but the lady that was serving us was polite. Worst customer service, very unprofessional.
Also don’t get the licuado. You can’t even drink it through the straw. It’s more like a pudding unless that’s the vibe you’re going for.
I definitely will not be coming back.
