Coffee was fine. Croissants were terrible - soft and flavorless.

To the young barista working on the 4th Sunday morning shift, you have cost the company our business.
My wife and I came into this establishment, and not being familiar with the menu, we stood for a little while trying to figure out what to order when we heard a comment coming from behind the counter: “they’re starting to freak me out.” Completely unprofessional and uncomfortable. We left.
That moment alone was enough for us to look at each other and walk out. Customers taking a brief moment to decide especially in a coffee shop should never be made to feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. Customer service etiquette is basic hospitality 101, and unfortunately, that experience fell far short of it.
We ended up going to Starbucks instead not because the coffee was necessarily better, but because the customer service was. Feeling respected and welcome matters just as much as the product.

Their strawberry matcha taste like cough syrup and one of their cashier wasn’t paying attention to what I am ordering, I ordered 1 coffee and 2 fraps and she punched it in a 1 and 1. Worst customer service. Next time please pay attention to what’s customer’s order.

Let me start by saying I am not a coffee drinker. However, people always want to take meetings over coffee and I am usually stuck, sitting at a coffee shop, drinking water or very bad hot chocolate.
Today when somebody asked to have a meeting, I searched on Google maps and found coffee fellows. The reviews were good so we decided to give it a try.
I was very, very pleased with this place! Hot chocolate was delicious! Usually, coffee shops were so focused on their coffee that they don't put any effort into the other drinks. I was very pleased to see that coffee fellows put the same effort into their hot chocolate. Their cinnamon scone was divine! This place served breakfast and lunch items so it would be a great place for a meeting anytime of the day. They have comfortable seating plus indoor and outdoor seating.

This is the first time I've ever been there or even knew they existed while their prices are about the same as Starbucks their variety exceeds what Starbucks has they have equal amounts coffee-related and non-coffee related if I'm ever in the area I'll definitely go there again worth the visit

I first want to say that the coffee at Coffee Fellows Energy Corridor is phenomenal. This is the only coffee shop I’ve gone to since moving to Houston four months ago, and it’s easily the best coffee I’ve ever had. I used to live in a college town with more than 15 local coffee shops, and none of them come close to the flavor and quality here!!
What really makes this place special, though, is the people. Every single staff member is kind, friendly, and genuinely cares about their customers. They even remember both my order, a large tiramisu cold brew, and my dog’s order, a pup cup!! Stopping by for coffee always puts me in a better mood and is such a great start to my day!!!
I especially want to recognize Cassi!! She’s one of those people who instantly makes you feel comfortable and welcome. From the first time I stopped at the shop, she talked to me like we had been friends for years. I moved to Houston not knowing anyone, and she made such a difference in helping the city feel less overwhelming, even with just a short coffee stop :) She’s just an absolute ball of sunshine and she always remembers the little details about her regulars!!! She’s also my dog Baked Beans’ favorite person behind the counter.
I can’t recommend this place enough. 10,000 out of 5 stars!!!🌟

Whoever is working the drive thru has been very disrespectful during two visits. The first time I came through the drive thru, she never even said good morning. So I didn’t leave a tip. And the way she looked at me was incredibly shocking and rude. Handed me my drink with no comment. The second time, she gave me the same disgusted look after I said sorry for not driving off fast enough. I thought this place would have better customer service. It’s unfortunate because I do really like their coffee and matcha here!

Update 9.16.25
Decided to give this location another try. Ordered a medium Nutella Macchiato and got the portion size of a small. Did look at all like a Nutella Macchiato upon receiving it. See picture. I don't see myself coming here in the future or recommending to anyone.

Wth. Why give a customer a burnt pastry?! I request it warm. Didn't notice, until after I left because I wanted to enjoy it with my coffee. Next time I guess I have to triple check everything. Very disappointed. 99/Katy location is MUCH better.
