The facility is ok, but some furniture is definitely showing it's age..needs an update badly. Mixers are not free so you'll need money for that+tips(not fun carrying cash throughout 👎)
First time going to Colette's was absolutely amazing. One of the hosts gave my friend and I a full tour and everyone was so inviting. The service was amazing and every room was kept clean. I will be returning very soon.
The owner is so helpful. I emailed and asked a few things and even with him out of country he answered my email and had the GM from Dallas personally call me to help me out. Not only did Melissa call me and my wife she was genuinely happy to take time from her personal life off the clock to not only answer our questions but she gave us advice we didn't know to even ask for. I tried this with other places and was rudely shut down or just flat out ignored. At Colette Houston...
