Not Colombian at all, the service, the terrible food that made us sick do not represent Colombian culture at all, I have visited many nice Colombian Restaurants in Houston but this is a disappointment you wont feel welcome, you wont eat fresh food , you should not use the name Colombia to sell this.

Had a tasting here today 10/10/25, for my daughter's party next month. Everything we had was fresh and delicious. I've read other recent reviews stating that nothing had flavor and it was bland. I found this to be untrue for my experience. Loved everything and can't wait for the party next month.

The food was HORRIBLE and no taste what so ever. Caterer was rude and unprofessional. The food was dry, flavorless, over cooked and dry. How is this place still in business. We got sick off the tasting cancel the catering.

We had the company cater for our wedding day. Originally we had a tasting and thought the food was going to be special part of our event. We were very disappointed with the outcome. To begin, the food was cold, underflavored, and just plain. The side of veggies looked straight out of a can, the plate we tasted had nice gourmet veggies. The easiest thing to do, the store-bought bread, was moldy to the core. Our guest left our party to go get food without tell us, some just lost their appetite and went home instead. We strongly feel the food they served ruined our entire event experience. When we visit his location, they had old food left out, unattended. Allegedly.

I had the Pechuga de la Casa w beans. It was so delicious. Veggies were cooked perfectly. Flavor development was great. The plantains and the beans felt like comfort food. I just moved to Houston from Louisiana and have trouble finding flavor development as good as home. This place is a hidden gem I’ll definitely be visiting often.
