My favorite spot to frequent! Not only does Common Bond have great food, the staff is equally as great. They always greet people when they enter the store and check to make sure you are enjoying your purchases. Additionally, the manager Gabby maintains a positive environment every time. 5 stars!

Common Bond is my new favorite coffee shop. I normally don't write reviews but I wanted to let others no about this gem! Walking in the smell of the pastries is sooo good. I ended up getting a Texas Club Sandwich and an Iced Americano. Both were beyond great. What really enticed me to write this review was the atmosphere and the staff. When ordered the staff were very joyful and helpful. I highly recommended this place to anybody that can splurge a little on pastries.

I was in the TMC and I usually get a snack after my appointments and I found this place not too far from where I was. I was excited because their menu looked good. While I was waiting for my order I happened to overhear Gabby the manager say some racist remarks about a black woman waiting to order. I couldn’t even enjoy my sweets anymore after those comments it left a bad taste in my mouthIt felt like there was a bias because every customer that wasn’t black or POC got a different tone during their attendance. I’d like to be treated fairly and be comfortable in every establishment I visit, I’m sure like other BIPOC people, so this is one I won’t be returning to if Gabby is there.

Derwin assisted us from the moment we walked in. He suggested the oatmeal crème pie and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank

It’s a clean and quiet place with really good pastries. I usually don’t like coffee unless I make it but the cappuccino I got was neither bitter nor flat. The guy at the counter was very polite when I mentioned I had never been and took his time to introduce me. I got the pistachio croissant with a one pump mocha cappuccino, all of which was delicious. Wish they had branches near uptown where I live but just another reason to come to near Montrose.

Please avoid this place. They are extremely racist. We went to buy bread and they decided to go ahead and serve another person of preferred race who walked in after us and when questioned why they skipped us they said we were being disrespectful! Unclear who was being disrespectful here.

One of my favorite locations for a delicious snack and provides a great atmosphere for either catching up with friends or diving into a good book. Personally I recommend the chocolate chip and pecan cookies as well as their wide assortment of lattes - Hazelnut is my go to here. Even when they are busy the staff is great whether is recommendations, and checking up on you to see if you need anything else they have a genuine smile when they do it. If you are in the area definitely come check and check them out! #cookies #lattes

Hip spot to stop! Good and interesting use of space, plenty of seating, good volume of music, and the coffee bar curves around to the back. They have many flavors.Like the other locations, this restaurant has a great selection of desserts, pastries, etc. that welcome you as you enter.I ordered the Brussel sprouts with light honey and no pancetta. It was very good with the leaves slightly charred.I also like their modestly sized water. The total came to $13 including tax and tip.Considering how many people are here, the cooked-to-order dish arrived very fast. The takeout bag is sturdy, and the container for the sprouts recyclable. The silverware set is easy to access in its plastic bag.The staff here are very nice and heloful, and I would come back again. Enjoy!
