Not kind at all , I went this morning for the first time , I ordered two coffes , I was standing there waiting for my coffes the ladie she wasn’t kind to let me know my coffee was ready and I standing there like an idiot waiting

The 2 kids serving the drive thru gotta go! So rude they make you repeat your order 10 times and still get it wrong ! My egg was a rotten round scramble looked worst then what they served in an airplane. Didn’t eat it. Won’t be coming back .

Went here for the first time and sad to say this will be my last time. Everything was just disappointing. Shop is really cute and a good menu to select from however service and the product was below average. As a barista, it’s important to make customers feel special despite how you’re feeling that day. And the girl who took my order just looked miserable and didn’t care that I was giving them business. Not once did she smile at me it was a very rushed interaction as well as just looking at me with disgust which doesn’t feel good. Like you could pretend that you enjoy what you do. On top of that it took an awhile for my matcha to get out. There was only 2 people waiting in lobby and maybe a couple cars in drive but the wait wasn’t worth it for the quality of the matcha. It was way overly sweet and I only got 1 pump of vanilla. I tried to finish it cause it was like 8$ but it was too bad I had to throw it out. Couldn’t really taste the matcha just vanilla and oat milk really. The color was like army green which that’s not the color matcha was suppose to be???

This is my morning go to stop on the way to work. I love that Luis and his workers are always so friendly and cheerful in the morning. Seasonal lattes are the best way to start the day. Don’t sleep on the croissants sandwiches , they are all awesome. If you get there later in the day, from 5 to 6, the fresh bread is half off!

I live near this place and come often. The espresso is good, albeit too hot and they lack for variety in syrups and offerings. The larger issue is their ever-declining quality of service. Employees don't seem to know the difference between 12oz and 16oz. If you want any customization, they often get it wrong. You want 1 pump of syrup? You might just get 2, 3 or 4. This happens more often than before and I'm about done with these guys. Go to Starbucks instead.

Amazing selection of pastries and desserts! Literally stop here just for these! Cute little shop that is easy to get in and out of with plenty of parking.

I don't come very often, about once a month or maybe less, so it's not a good sign that the last 2 times I've come here they have given me the wrong drink. This seems to be a relatively recent development. Service has gone downhill, at least the drive thru. Both times they did not even offer to correct the mistake. You tip before you get your drink so I guess they figure they have your money so no need to provide good service.

The drinks are still fine, but would be better if you could get what you actually ordered.

I world suggest double checking your drink before you drive off but it probably wouldn't matter because the staff doesn't seem to care.

Saved us when we lost power in hurricane. Wonderful pastries.

Great spot for a quick breakfast. Not a full kitchen like the others but gets the job done for sure. Coffee, bread, and pastries are all great.

Please don’t sell stale bread. Stopped coming because of the rudeness but I see nothing has changed and now the stale pastry, I’m done.
