I had a very disappointing experience at this coffee shop. I ordered an egg and croissant, and it was incredibly oily and tasted terrible, all I tested was vinegar. I used lots of napkins for every single bite. On top of that, we got the private room for a meeting, only to find that there wasn’t a single electric outlet available. How does a place meant for meetings not have basic necessities like power outlets?
When I complained to the manager, he just looked at me! Definitely not coming back.

Kinda have to tolerate this place with low quality service when I'm invited to many meetings there. Not sure when the United States Dollar became unacceptable to pay in cash in the land of the Free. I'm certain a No Cash policy by this and other establishments must be Breaking some federal or state laws.

I won't support a place that won't accept cash payment.

Second time here, first time they messed up the order and gave me an iced late rather than iced coffee. Today lukewarm coffee and rock hard cookie, not coming back to this location

Staff has always been very sweet, just like their sweet treats. I loved trying out the different seasonal croissants, pumkin, and pistachio in autumn! The chocolate chip cookies are massive and really tasty, very nice, warmed, and worth the weight of chocolate. It's good for a gloomy day to warm your spirit. The coffee was nice. It's not crafted coffee, but it kept me going throughout my day. Both sourdough loaves they have available are delicious, and I ended up buying one for making breakfast for my mothers birthday. And she loved it! Having fresh bread in your home is a luxury I've enjoyed every time I stop by and pick up a loaf. I also enjoy the cinnamon bun roll thing. It's really good.

I wish they had reusable cups and mugs for dining in. Their coffee is delicious, though, and the staff is friendly and helpful

The pastries looked great but seemed a little stale. The person working the counter seemed shy and did not address us. After ordering we sat on a sofa that was full of crumbs. They never called us once our coffee was ready. I went up and found it, but it was missing the blueberry topo Chico that I had ordered.

Great place to get coffee and breakfast food! I really love the Egg Frittata Mushroom Croissant. It is perfection.

We buy their fresh country sourdough pre sliced. It's delicious but it needs to be eaten in 4-5 days or kept in the fridge to prevent mold. Went 2 loaves and freeze the 2nd

Unfortunately today I was served an egg, cheese, bacon croissant that was bad. I ate several bites and started to smell something funky and realized it was the cheese. I then opened the sandwich I found 3 pieces of hair inside, either eyelash or eyebrow!!!
Customer service refunded me for the sandwich but the whole experience ruined the coffee. I won’t be going back.

I love coming here, but this place is always freezing in here. see people in line, shivering. I usually get sick after leaving. Love the place, just hope management changes the temperature that’s comfortable for everyone.
