Common Bond On-The-Go - MarqE

I love starting my mornings with a delicious hot latte, bacon twist, and egg bites from Common Bond! The staff are so efficient, even when there's a long line at the drive-through. On weekends, I enjoy bringing my toddlers along, and the team has always been incredibly attentive and accommodating to my family. I also love treating my coworkers to the amazing variety of pastries and beautifully crafted cakes from there!

12/14 Still terrible. Last time coming.

Terrible service, rushed through taking my order, forgot items. Usually good service, but you can't work the drive through and try to take orders inside at the same time. I came inside intentionally.

Ham and cheese sandwich was mediocre at best. Surprised by Common Bond on this. Usually so good. It was mostly bread but not even good bread. Ham wasn’t special. Very little cheese.

The meal menu is small, but everything is good and fresh, I don't mind that at all. The coffees and pasteries are excellent, so I always grab an extra dessert to take home for the hubby.

I like a little more the other locations. On the to-go format, they just have sandwiches to have as a savory breakfast. The biggest location with the smallest menu 🫤. Bakery goods are perfect but coffee is not as good as in Montrose, Tanglewood (which I love), or Medical Center.

Romeo and his Manager were so friendly. Romeo had some great suggestions for me as to what would be a good selection for me and he was right. The bread was delicious as was the sandwich and of course the coffee and dessert. They also have a private area you can reserve if you choose which is glass for extra light and brightness. This is one of my favorite locations

I ordered a chai latte. It's ok taste. I had better one. She gave me a free apple pie to taste but no spoon. Only used a drive thru, next time i will go inside. Decent speed.

I ordered a coffee and breakfast sandwich, which I took two bites and decided against it. I noticed I was not the only one that didn’t continue to attempt to eat it. It was also pricey $7 for it and about $6 for a coffee. I did liked the atmosphere as it was very clean, roomy and easy to park. I would not recommend.

We’re regular customers at this location and I have to say that service has gone down the hill to worst. Orders are taking forever and when “ready” they don’t have all the order complete because of missing items. 25 minutes waiting for 2 lattes and a premade brownie that wasn’t even in stock is simply disrespectful and they don’t even care to apologize. When asked to speak with the manager about not just this last situation but to pretty much letting her know that service hasn’t been good the last couple of times and it’d be good to improve she just says “ok” and gave us her back. I wasn’t even asking for an apology but feedback is always good. Poor service, lattes are great though

I was really looking forward to fresh pastries when I visited this store at 9am on a Saturday. Unfortunately, both the chocolate croissant and the almond croissant were dry and tasted like they had been made the night before. It’s such a letdown, especially when you expect the freshest items early in the morning. I would have hoped for a higher quality on a Saturday morning, considering the time. Definitely not what I was expecting.

One of their machines was broken so I couldn't have an espresso. But they still had coffee and the food was really good.

I had a very disappointing experience at this coffee shop. I ordered an egg and croissant, and it was incredibly oily and tasted terrible, all I tested was vinegar. I used lots of napkins for every single bite. On top of that, we got the private room for a meeting, only to find that there wasn’t a single electric outlet available. How does a place meant for meetings not have basic necessities like power outlets?
When I complained to the manager, he just looked at me! Definitely not coming back.

Kinda have to tolerate this place with low quality service when I'm invited to many meetings there. Not sure when the United States Dollar became unacceptable to pay in cash in the land of the Free. I'm certain a No Cash policy by this and other establishments must be Breaking some federal or state laws.

I won't support a place that won't accept cash payment.
