Visited the bistro part of this place (couldn’t find the restaurant bit). As a coeliac it can be difficult to find gluten free options, I had seen on their website they had some items to choose from but when we arrived it was just what was on the board. I was limited to the corn chowder soup which was nice but a shame they didn’t have any gluten free bread to eat with the soup. Nice place and it was busy for a Sunday evening, just a shame it didn’t have ,loads of gluten...
When placing the order, have the worker repeat the order back to the customer.. Today was my first visit, and one of the two items ordered, was wrong. Of course I was đisappointed even though I specified the type of bread.
We only had a few minutes for a quick bite before an appointment and this bakery was the perfect stop. I had a chai latte and avocado toast and my husband had the soft scramble. Our other guests had the chocolate croissant and a muffin with coffees. It was very busy but everything was prepared timely. Highly recommend this place for breakfast or brunch!
