The African American Lady with the short hair is extremely rude.I purchased a baked potato with sausage.The sausage had a sour taste to it.I explained that to her and asked if I could get another item and her tone escalated as she explained to me that other individuals ate the same item and no one complained.I responded back to her that I wasn’t pleased with the item and her tone of voice is very inappropriate.Her tone increased and she stated well what do you want me to do cause this is how I talk.Sadly

The food is OK, but I have never been so badly treated anywhere else. It seems like they don't pay enough to their staff or they have not been tought the bare minimun in order to work in front of people. I review a lot of places, and I always try to see the best. But that lady really doesn't know how to be in front of people. She should consider working in a barn or a mine, well hidden from other human beings.

I have been a patron of the Chop House since it opened again after the pandemic. The food has always been good, but recently I’ve noticed there has been some staffing changes. Horrible customer service is the reason more often than not there is no one in line at the Chop House. The ladies at the counter are rude to customers and no one wants to deal with that on their lunch break. Hope the owner is able to fix the issues before the restaurant becomes a casualty.

Skate Oddish
Convenient location for delicious BBQ right in the heart of the Texas medical center. The Brisket potato is phenomenal and the portions are generous. They even do catering! The customer service is on point and when I ate their last my food was ready in seconds. Houston always has a place for this Texas favorite.
