I rated the service to lowest. Only because the Star Wars air don't speak good enough English to understand our order. Most of the time that I that's just me.Parking: It's OK if you go during off-peak hours but during Launch rush dinner rash. It's horrible but that's only because of food so great.

Connie's always has your back lol. I usually get fried shrimp and rice, but everything is always flawless. Octopus, etc always great. That was 0 customer service & I been eating here for years. Won’t be coming again & the fact that the owner or manager was there…

I just had to come on and talk about our waitress today. Her name was Xenia and she was amazing! I was telling my husband how it’s been forever since I’ve actually gone out to eat anywhere (not just here) and actually enjoyed it. The service has really gone downhill everywhere over the years. I swear I live complaining to my husband about how bad the service is and how it ruins me whole experience. Well today was completely different, the waitress made my whole day. It felt so nice actually having good service after so long without it. I’m sorry but most ppl now days are lazy and expect a good tip for just throwing food on your table, forgetting to bring drinks and silverware, etc…. This waitress brought water and silverware as soon as we sat, brought our food and actually checked up on us throughout the time there, and when we did ask for anything, we actually received it and within minutes not hours. I just can’t go on enough about how good she was and how refreshing it was to actually have a good waitress. I almost forgot what that was like. I just wanted to leave a review because I felt she at least deserves the recognition for her good service and hard work.

Decent place. Was a bit disappointed in my food. Had a michelada, it was pretty sparce on the mix. Ordered the crab cakes and shrimp with a salad and french fries.The crab cakes had very little crab. It was all filler. Shrimp was good, but their cocktail sauce was more sweet and not much horseradish. Fries were nice and crispy. However, the salad was just a slice of tomato and iceberg lettuce (mostly the hard bitter white part).Service was excellent. Waitress was very friendly. Not much of a wait to get in. Prices were fair. Just wish the food was a bit more to my liking.Parking: There's security keeping an eye on the lot.Kid-friendliness: Noisy place. There were lots of families with kids. Atmosphere of the place lends itself to kids not being out of place.
