Ordered a cookie bouquet for Valentine’s Day for my mom and sister. Since they don’t have a local location any longer, the basket came via FedEx from their Dallas branch. I requested it to be delivered on Valentine’s Day, it got delivered on Sunday, so 2 days in advance which is not a big deal. But when we opened the box, some of the cookies are already damaged and some have fallen off the arrangement, so it doesn’t look presentable at all. I used to order from them all the time, but unless they open up a new location in Houston, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I have been a loyal customer of Cookie by Design for many years. My company has used them to send baskets to clients, my family and friends all use them as well. I recently placed an order to be delivered for a friend’s birthday on March 25. I got a confirmation email for the order but that was it- no tracking number, nothing. The basket was never delivered. I reached out but of course they were closed for the weekend. Here we are three days later and the basket was delivered this morning. When I relayed my concerns about not having a tracking number provided to me to see the status of the basket and asked if anything could be done about the delivery fee since my promised day was not met, I received an email that they weren’t doing anything to rectify the issue and blamed FedEx not being able to get on the property due to a code needed. My friends property is completely open and no code is needed, not to mention they delivered it today when no one was home without needing a code. Customer service never addressed why I was not given a tracking number. This will be the last time I ever use this company again.

What a perfect place for a last minute gift! The basic bouquet we got was more than we expected! The cookies were so delicious, and the icing was perfect!We will definitely recommend to our friends and family! We will be back to order more!!! Thank you for such a great gift!!!

Awful! These cookies are not edible for anyone. I like to believe the recipe wasn't followed because a dog biscuit has more flavor.

It's now closed!!!! 😡😡😡... went there in July 2019, all signs are down, shop cleared out and no forwarding address or store. Really sucks!!! Better advertising might have helped as they are arguably one of the BEST cookie sellers around.

We were so happy with Cookies by Design service and quality of cookies. My husband and I bought them for our daughters 30th birthday and her response to us was "These cookies are LIFE CHANGING!" Her favorite out all of them was the white one you see at the bottom of the plate. She loved them all and we were so very pleased with everything. Great, GREAT company and we will defiantly be returning customers.

I ordered a cookie basket with a dozen cookies and two decorated cookies in it for a friend. I didn't have any of the cookies, but she said they were delicious and she told me that the delivery driver called to ask when her office closed and when she said she'd already left for the day he offered to deliver to her house. I really appreciate that level of customer service. These cookies were meant to brighten her day at a particularly difficult time, and it was important that they be delivered on the specific day I requested so I really appreciate that he went above and beyond to make sure they were delivered on the correct day.
