Terrible speed of service at the register. Must have a really bad management problem. Workers lounging around instead of 2 people working a register when there is clearly a need for it. Managers will hound for cents on an alternative milk before they have their workers work properly.

Everything here is top notch. I work for University of Houston and I come here often in the morning or at lunch time. Their coffee is amazing. Doesn't matter what you get, it's always impeccable. Their breakfast sandwiches are also absolutely amazing. The staff/students that work there are all nice and friendly. Orders come out VERY quick and always good. If you're visiting or you live in Houston, this is a place you won't want to miss out on!

The cashier was happy to answer my questions and the coffee was reasonably priced for a local shop with beans roasted in house. I got the honey cinnamon oat milk latte and was very good with high quality coffee I could taste.

The blueberry bliss latte was good, as well as the prices!

The food was delicious I was full y’all day

Cougar grounds isn’t the best coffee that you will get. Especially with the price they’re charging for it.

I love their matcha and it’s a great place to study if it isn’t too busy.

Waiting nearly an hour just so my order got lost and claimed that wasn’t in the system. $6.66 for medium size Matcha Latte with Oat milk. It’s okay but definitely not worth my time.

Horrible, the girl at the coffee shop didn't even call me. The white-skinned people gave them their coffee in hand and I had to stretch out to take mine.

I went in there today and brought my service animal. I was then approached by one of the managers in a hostile tone asking me if he was a service animal or an esa. I misheard him and repeated back to him esa as in wondering if that’s what he was asking me. He then asked me again and I repeated that he was a service animal. After that statement he asked me if I was lying and I had to reassure again that he was a service animal. He then told me that only service animals were allowed and I repeated myself AGAIN and he walked away after being extremely rude. It upset because I usually liked coming here with my service animal but now I no longer feel welcome. Do better cougar grounds.
