Waiting nearly an hour just so my order got lost and claimed that wasn’t in the system. $6.66 for medium size Matcha Latte with Oat milk. It’s okay but definitely not worth my time.

Horrible, the girl at the coffee shop didn't even call me. The white-skinned people gave them their coffee in hand and I had to stretch out to take mine.

I went in there today and brought my service animal. I was then approached by one of the managers in a hostile tone asking me if he was a service animal or an esa. I misheard him and repeated back to him esa as in wondering if that’s what he was asking me. He then asked me again and I repeated that he was a service animal. After that statement he asked me if I was lying and I had to reassure again that he was a service animal. He then told me that only service animals were allowed and I repeated myself AGAIN and he walked away after being extremely rude. It upset because I usually liked coming here with my service animal but now I no longer feel welcome. Do better cougar grounds.

Literally better tasting coffee than starbucks. The iced caramel latte with oatmilk is my fav. The matcha frappe is phenomenal as well and the iced chai with almond milk??? Yes yes yes and cheaper than starbucks. Haven't tried the pastries or desserts but they look so good. Even when the line is long and reaches the back door, we still get to the cashier fairly quickly. The coffee has a bit of a wait time if it's crazy busy but be patient! It's worth the wait. I've only waited long once out of all the times I went, can't blame them though. It was packed!

Tastes alright. Lots to choose from. They don't take cougar cash, just so y'all know.

Drinks are pretty good but the pastries are some of the worst I’ve had. Employees are great and the service is pretty fast even at busy hours.

Service time is usually shorter than the Starbucks at the Student Center South. The line gets long about 20-15 minutes til when students get out.

0 stars on customer service yesterday from the curly hair lady. Rude, indifferent, and I really wish she hadn’t made my smoothie. Please give your workers customer service skills before allowing them to work. School is about to start and if she doesn’t like her job she should not take it out on innocent customers. I hope she’s not mean and rude to our incoming students.
