Interesting fusion of Indian and American dishes. Liked the taste. We ordered masala chai, egg devil, masala fries, coconut shrimp curry, Chicken tandoori tacos, Pani puri with whipped cream, chicken biryani. Chicken biryani did not have a lot of flavor, everything else tasted pretty good. Plenty of parking. There is outside patio seating as well.

I don't get it. Nothing on the menu was a combo of cowboy cooking and Indian cooking. I went because I saw them on Diners, Drive-In , Dives. Food was alright but nothing there will make you go wow. Had the K-bob trio, and Pakora. Pakora was 99% cauliflower. Big disappointment.

Fusion done right. Meat dishes are well prepared. Not too spicy not too bland. Owner Imran Khan takes a keen interest in your experience at the restaurant being a good one.

came for a birthday dinner. service is HORRIBLE! communication is HORRIBLE! only brought out 2 meals when it’s a party of 6. other 4 waited over 30 mins for the SAME exact plates everyone else ordered. party after us, ordered after us & got their food before the 4 whose food didn’t come…..the waiters/bartender/host (the same person for all positions) was so overwhelmed with all the tasks he was unable to give proper customer service. every response had an attitude & after spending $200+ i would think the service could’ve been a little better especially since we basically have to do everything OUR SELF! they didn’t wanna bring lemons, give plastic ware, pick up empty plates off the table. our table literally stayed dirty full of plates from 6 ppl for over a hour!!! i was excited to bring my sister here for her dinner, our first time & it will DEFINITELY be the damn last!!!!

Absolutely amazing food!
Some of the best Indian food that I have ever had. Great cocktails. Could work on the service style. I really want this restaurant to make it because I absolutely love the food…
It’s just weird going up to the bar ordering and then going up later to pay again. I worry that they will not be able to keep up with it if they get busy.

The service, food and drinks are average.
They have a self service modus operandi so they don’t expect cutlery or water on the table.
The Calcutta biryani is not Calcutta biryani. Adding potato to biryani doesn’t make it Calcutta biryani. This was the biggest disappointment. I really had my hopes super high.
Even the Bollywood burger was average, the taste of bell peppers overwhelmed the burger.
The drinks was average too. We had the mint lemonade and the spritz.

We ordered burgers, fried pickles, and butter chicken. Everything was pretty bland. The fried pickles were extremely soggy and greasy.

Also they had the certified halal logo on their menu but I don't think places selling alcohol can call themselves halal? (Might totally be wrong)

Overall I think this place has potential but for now it's not worth a visit.

Vibe- Came with my friend to eat and do some brainstorming and we’ve already decided we’ll be back! There was plenty of seating and space. I really liked how the tables were spaced out and there was art all around.

Customer service- Amazing!

Food/drinks- I tried the veggie naan-quesadillas, saag peener Italian pizza, and the sweet potato fries. Everything was soooooo good!! I also got a watermelon margarita to drink and it was good.

Parking- There was about 18 spots in the lot and parking wasn’t a problem when I went on a Wednesday around noon.

Expected better but it wasn’t too bad. Butter chicken was kinda watery, the briyani was alright and the Nanchos were alright as well. Nothing really stood out.

I’m not sure if all these 4 or 5 star reviews are legit. We were looking forward to our visit here and was truly disappointed. The service was terrible, the food was okay and just overall experience was poor. I would give 1 star but I’m generous with 1 star. They forgot our order, forgot our drinks and we weren’t attended to at all. Our server was busy talking to her friends at the bar than paying attention to her tables. When we walked in tables were not cleaned and left dirty. We overheard a customer complain about hair in their food. I would recommend to stay away and go to another restaurant down the road!!!

If I wanted frozen garlic naans warmed up, I would’ve just warmed them up at home. Chai was tasteless. Butter chicken, chickpea and lamb vindaloo were alright. I never leave reviews, but man, this was disappointing.

A Flavorful Fusion Experience!

Cowboys and Indians Restaurant is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed by a warm, eclectic atmosphere that blends Western charm with vibrant Indian flair—just like the food.

The fusion concept is done brilliantly here. We tried a mix of classic Indian dishes and inventive Tex-Indian creations. Naan-Cho was creamy, perfectly spiced, and wrapped in soft, fresh tortillas. The paneer sliders were another surprise hit, packed with flavor and beautifully presented. For more traditional fare, the lamb biryani and saag paneer were spot on—aromatic, hearty, and cooked to perfection.

What really sets this place apart is the service. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about the menu. They made great recommendations and checked on us just the right amount.

Whether you’re a fan of Indian cuisine, Southern comfort food, or just love trying something new, this spot delivers on all fronts. Bold flavors, unique dishes, and a fun, relaxed vibe—Cowboys and Indians is definitely a place I’ll be returning to again and again.

Highly recommend! 👏🌶️🍛🤠
