We came in after a bad experience at another bar. My boyfriend and I really just wanted to hang out and play pool. I've been in this area for 10 years and I don't go out much but I'm glad to know the Cozy Corner is nearby. We really enjoyed ended our night here

It’s a dive bar, that being said: This place feels just like the old TV show Cheers. Go more than once and the bartenders will remember both your name and your drink--often having it ready as you walk in. The crowd is diverse, friendly, and full of local neighborhood folks. Drinks are cheap, the place is clean, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. On Fridays and Saturdays they host karaoke; even if you're not into singing, it's still a blast watching everyone have fun with it, and sometimes even breaking out into a little dancing. Definitely recommend! One note, it’s quiet during the week, so Friday and Saturday are when to go if you want liveliness.

Great neighborhood bar. Unpretentious and friendly. Chill vibe, great drinks. On my visit it was karaoke night, but it wasn’t obnoxiously loud as in other places, I could carry a conversation easily without the need of yelling. A good spot to relax and have casual conversations with strangers.
