I dont know what was going on when my family ate here. Too many things went wrong from the start. First it took 15mins to get our drinks. We were told they were brewing tea but when they finally brought out the sweet tea it was obviously a bad brew. The glass of tea they tried to give us was almost completely transparent with a hint of brown from the teabags. Very obviously not good tea but they tried to give us that and say it was good. Sent that back immediately. And then our food took around 25mins to arrive. I ordered chedder bites for an appetizer, and got my meal before the chedder bites. My wife ordered fried pickles and those came out cold. And then my daughter got a steak that tasted rotten! Me and my wife both tried it and all 3 of us spit out the steak! And then when we were already done and wanted the check they bring out my chedder bites. They ultimately took the chedder bites and the steak off our check but this was a sore experience from beginning to end. The only real saving grace was my own meal which was chicken fried chicken was good. But even my fried apples was cold. So barely a win for that meal. We usually enjoy cracker barrel but this experience will keep us away for a very long time.

I ended up dining in as I was unable to order online. I was seated promptly and my server was very friendly and attentive. Overall the meal was good except the steak fries were cold and a little under cooked.

I want to start off by saying this was my very favorite cracker barrel because it was the first one I ever went to and I spent a lot of time there with my mom and we would go there repeatedly over and over again. So this was my regular spot. If you can say that I moved out of the area and decided to stop back and get me a order of grits to go. When I say it took over 35 minutes. I was so surprised and dismayed because I was on my way to go to church and I was like grits don't take this long father God what is really happening so that is the reason for the one star. Like I said I had a long-term relationship with this place and I stopped back by to rekindle our relationship and I was devastated. I know it don't take that long to make no grits. Very sad.

Yes, food was good but we waited like 50 minutes for our food, almost an hour, had to ask other servers than our own to ask about our food because our waiter wouldnât even appear. Food was good but after waiting what seemed like an hour I lost my appetite, and kind of wanted to throw up the food. Not a good place to go to when youâre really hungry.

We had breakfast and i feel like its hard to mess up Cracker Barrel but i was wrong!! Our waiter was nice enough but the food was horrible!! Our pancakes were served to us upside down so after I flipped them over and tried them they were so hard and cold, it did take forever for our food to arrive, and the eggs were runny!!! Very Disappointing it took so long that we were late to another appointment. I wonât be going to this Cracker Barrel ever again.!

Placed an order online on their website. Went to pick it on time. 12:28 the parking was full so I went inside. Order was ready ok cool. Outside was packed so I was understanding. At 12:48 I was told waiting on your cinnamon rolls thatâs it. I was like ok cool. I will be in parking space 3. 1:00 came I went inside. They said still waiting on cinnamon rolls will be 15 mins. I said oh no just cancel please I have been here long enough. They said ok. Manager came and explained to me what happened at 1:13 and they said they refunded me. I said ok whereâs my food itâs about to be an hour since the given pick up time. At this point my patience has ran out. I finally got my food at 1:26. Took a whole hour to get my food. This was my first time. Of course I never coming here again. Not even a complimentary offer for inconvenience or anything. Yea never again.

Great Service from Candice!
I had the Grandmaâs meal during my visit it was decent, classic comfort food like youâd expect from Cracker Barrel. Nothing too fancy, but it hit the spot. What really made the experience memorable, though, was our server, Candice. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Her attitude, attention to detail, and genuine kindness really stood out and left a fantastic impression.
Even if the food wasnât anything extraordinary, Candiceâs service definitely was. Sheâs the reason Iâd come back again. Cracker Barrel is lucky to have her!

This was my first visit to this location. I ordered the Spicy Grilled Catfish with Steamed Broccoli, Green Beans, and Iced Tea. The catfish was grilled to perfection with just the right amount of spice and delicious! The broccoli was good. The green beans were pretty good. The iced tea (sweet & unsweet) was just about right. The complimentary biscuits & corn muffin were soft and tasty. The service was very slow. The prices are comparable to similar restaurants. They have plenty of indoor seating.
I love Crackle Barrel, but this has been by far THE WORSE experience I have had with this place of business. The wait AFTER ordering was ridiculous, the lady who waited our table was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL (dedicating all of her service to one table). I most def rate this Crackle Barrel a ZERO.

I've never had a problem before with any Cracker Barrel food delivered to me, but this time was different. I ordered two slices of Strawberry Lemonade Ice Box pie. I did not get them. Instead I was sent two large Strawberry Lemonade drinks. I immediately did an online chat with a Cracker Barrel agent. I was issued an apology for the mix-up and was promised an eGift card for one free meal which I should receive within 3 days. Also, I ordered the Fried Onion Petals. Big mistake. They were VERY overcooked and two hard to eat. I had to throw them away. Lastly, we did not receive any of our four chosen gravies, and only one out of six chosen dipping sauces. The rest of the food I ordered, for four people, was okay. I'm not giving up on Cracker Barrel so hopefully I won't have problems with any future orders.

I ordered online for the curbside service. I got a text saying to click the link when I get to the restaurant and park. My son went to pick up the order for me. He clicked the link in the message and no one ever came out. After about ten minutes, he went inside and said the employees were standing around talking and my food was sitting there. When I got it, it was lukewarm. We live five minutes away. Unacceptable!
