Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I love Crackle Barrel, but this has been by far THE WORSE experience I have had with this place of business. The wait AFTER ordering was ridiculous, the lady who waited our table was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL (dedicating all of her service to one table). I most def rate this Crackle Barrel a ZERO.

I've never had a problem before with any Cracker Barrel food delivered to me, but this time was different. I ordered two slices of Strawberry Lemonade Ice Box pie. I did not get them. Instead I was sent two large Strawberry Lemonade drinks. I immediately did an online chat with a Cracker Barrel agent. I was issued an apology for the mix-up and was promised an eGift card for one free meal which I should receive within 3 days. Also, I ordered the Fried Onion Petals. Big mistake. They were VERY overcooked and two hard to eat. I had to throw them away. Lastly, we did not receive any of our four chosen gravies, and only one out of six chosen dipping sauces. The rest of the food I ordered, for four people, was okay. I'm not giving up on Cracker Barrel so hopefully I won't have problems with any future orders.

I ordered online for the curbside service. I got a text saying to click the link when I get to the restaurant and park. My son went to pick up the order for me. He clicked the link in the message and no one ever came out. After about ten minutes, he went inside and said the employees were standing around talking and my food was sitting there. When I got it, it was lukewarm. We live five minutes away. Unacceptable!

Took forever to get our meal. After placing order and waiting 30 min, the waiter comes and stated the meal was going to take 20 more minutes. We waited almost an hour before we got our meal. Never going again.

Overall just a bad experience and I’m really not one to complain by hey🤷🏽‍♂️ so the server was OK it took him 15 minutes to bring out my drink but I could put up with that it was the 34 minutes AFTER I ordered my food to get it and when I did get it finally it just looked thrown together and the table that was seated after I was and had two people there (mind you I was alone) they still got there food before I did and I saw over 4 or 5 people wanting to speak to a manager so I just ate my food and went about my day but definitely need to get some cooks in the back that are able to keep up the pace considering the restaurant wasn’t even busy.

If I could give my first experience here zero stars I would, took my server over 15 minutes to take our order, took over 2 hrs to get food out, just for it to be wrong and missing food, seen other tables around me complaining about the bad service , worst experience ever.

The issue I had with Cracker Barrel is their ToGo service today. It was horrible. Not only did the Togo girl have an attitude when giving the food. I asked how much longer for my order that I had placed at 8:13A would be after waiting 49 mins in the store and she just said “I don’t know”. Once I said “what do you mean you don’t know” she walked off and the hostess then went after her and I explained I wanted my order cancelled because I wasn’t the only one waiting for my order for this long and to receive attitude at 8am?! I’m going to need people to reevaluate what kind of coffee they’re getting in the morning. I’m still awaiting a refund for my order that I was confirmed by the kind hostess that it would be. However, I will never order Togo again at this location.

Our experience would have been nothing to write about if we hadn't placed a to go order before our meal was over and waited 20 minutes before telling us the cook straight up forgot about the order. From that point it was chaotic for no reason and the manager did not seem interested in the problem whatsoever and took her sweet time to get our food out. She said sorry but took no effort to make it right and try to get us to leave happy/not frustrated

My waiter was pretty nice and atmosphere pretty good until I saw one of the waitress coughing wow not put their hand over there mouth and scratch their face I didn't think that was real appropriate for them handling foods😯
