Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

4:30 pm Sunday , 9 people , 5 have the food then the other 4 have the food 35 min after , so sad 😞

Everything was great until we got the bill. There were 3 couple at our table. We wanted separate checks because we wanted to pay online for the rewards points and informed the person when orders were taken. We were told they could separate it out at the cash register. When finished eating, separate checks WERE brought (to our surprise), but after about 5 minutes, the checks were taken back due to some mistake. Checks were brought again, but they were all messed up. Some had missing items, others had the other people's items. Checks were taken and returned again, but still had items mixed up on the checks. Our check appeared correct on paper, but when we went to pay online using the CB app, it was wrong. We took our receipt to the cashier, and they also had it wrong when they checked their system, even though it was correct on PAPER.

After about 20 minutes, all 3 party's bills were paid, and we could leave.

Vegetarian options: Not really much to offer. There appeared to be only one. It was not all that inviting looking when it arrived.

The truth is this place will soon be out of business what they need to do is hire someone like me that will most definitely increase their sales simply by increasing the quality that they're sitting on their plates as far as customer service they were nice but they were extremely uninformative they didn't know anything about the menu and no one knew even how to play the game that's on the table you may think this is mediocre commentary but this is extremely important if I was in charge of that restaurant in charge of that restaurant the restaurant would definitely be profitable there were only about six tables full and when we drove up I actually thought it was closed I know exactly why they don't have have any business because the quality of the food is very bad it's not the worst food but it's bad enough to give it to my dog instead of complain to the waiter

It was post lunch, when I went there, while they were very busy with the late lunch crowd, I had to wait only 10 minutes. However, oy half the restaurant was full. The other half was 60% empty. I am guessing not enough staff on hand?? My server was good, but he was slow. Most importantly, my meal was great, hot and correct!!!

We went on a Sunday & it was busy & I think they did great with it being busy. Our waitress refilled whenever we ran low on drinks even without asking her. She was excellent. Pancakes were good although I notice they have decreased the size of the pancakes & biscuits than they used to be. I would rather they charge more. But everything tasted so good. My son always loves the store & bought a toy. Will return on a Sunday.

Always great food I had the beef stew and my wife had the chicken and dumplings play enjoy your meal it did take a little long to get the food on our table what's the weather at 7:30 p.m. when we were there.

We came here for lunch on Thursday, which is a workday, and had to wait for our food for 40 minutes. People next to us left their table tired of waiting.
Also, server didn't give us the basket of bread, and we had no refills of any of our "bottomless" drinks.

It took more than twenty minutes for our food to come out. When it did my husband’s steak tips were cold and my pancakes were not hot as well. I was very disappointed because we usually have good food and it’s quick. But our waitress Esther was very attentive even though they were keeping her very busy.

Ordered 3 meals… the shrimp & grits, they tasted like they’ve been sitting out for a while and only had 3 shrimp. The signature saucy sandwich, the chicken was dry and they only put 7 fries. 7 FRIES, like be forreals. The homestyle chicken was soo dry that i couldn’t even bite down on it, the green beans were bland. The only good thing was the Strawberry peach lemonade and the Peach Tea
