Okay, so I checked out that place on Katy Freeway today – it was pretty busy, definitely a lunchtime rush. The service was decent, our waitress was really friendly, which was a nice touch. I thought the portions were a little small for the price, honestly. Parking was a nightmare, you’re stuck waiting ages for a spot. They could really streamline the payment process though, because waiting in line to pay was a serious drag.

Service was alot better today. Could be because we did get there early. Food was good and Martha our waitress did very good.

I haven't been to this location in over 10 years and thought of trying it again because of my fond memories I had of it. To my surprise the food wasn't great at all. The chicken and dumplings were way too peppery and everything I had was not very good at all. The waitress was extremely nice though. I probably won't be returning.

I had a wonderful experience at Cracker Barrel! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. I usually go for breakfast but lunch is very delicious as well. with my husband. Everyone was kind, attentive, and professional. I also love the store—I shop there almost every week, and all the associates are always welcoming, professional, and very helpful. This is definitely a place I highly recommend, and I look forward to visiting again.

Hadn't been in awhile because last time food was not good and service worse. Thought time to try again. Food this time was edible but service just as bad as last time. Think it's this location because other locations have been much better.

The best place ever!

Iorder thru uber 3 times they didnt put extra gravy that was order( I've only order breakfast items) and ive only 3 times well I decided to give them another shot that was big mistake I only ordered gits hashbrown and bacon, the girls you could drink them thru a straw pure water and the hashbrowns ice cold, I thought cracker barrel was a souther restaurant, I was wrong.

Sides came out all mixed up on the wrong entrees. Fish was over cooked, cornbread was overcooked.

Had excellent meat loaf and mashed potatoes. Salad was decent, but there was too much iceberg lettuce rather than romaine or spinach, etc. Sweet tea was good. Service was ok. Price was good.

Service was trash, burned cornbread, over fried catfish and okra soaked in grease. Waiter wrote food down and food came mixed up in wrong plates. Worst food service ever. Your cook needs lessons in how to cook properly, your male waiter needs lessons in hospitality and service. I promise to never spend a dime in your restaurants.

Very disappointed. The service and atmosphere are still great, but the food is Terrible! I’m not sure what happened, but they’ve changed the menu and the dishes themselves. Not the same!
