Nice unpretentious spot inside the Post Oak Hotel for a chill date night or night out with a friend just to grab something to eat. Came here on a Thursday night. Crowd was perfect. Service was kind. They validate parking. Food was good. The tacos and empanades were well seasoned.

The location, atmosphere, service and convenience of Craft F&B are all fantastic. I've been going since it opened and have become so disappointed by the decline of the food. Burgers are always overcooked, so no point in stating how you would like it. Waffle fries seem to be cooked and then refried as ordered to come out hot, but then they're tasteless and hard. The pizza's, however, are still pretty good.

Asian server guy literally didn't stop at our table during our time here. He didn't refill waters or other beverages. Never asked how our meal was either. The lady manager took care of us more than he did. Poor service for a place of this quality! He needs to go!

The burgers were fantastic. Exceded my expectations. The waiter brought me the Sprite in the tray together with a huge tub of Clorox wipes to clean another table. Not correct for a five stars hotel..

The pizza was awful. It looked nice but all the ingredients were just put on top without even warming it up! Everything on top was just falling off when I tried to take a bite. Extremely disappointing.

Ambience is good. Staff was friendly and always attentive. Food Quality is good. There are some Vegan items as well if you want. Overall a very good experience. Recommended for groups/families as well.
I was pleasantly surprised by this charming restaurant near the Post Oak Hotel. The service was exceptional, with a friendly and attentive staff. The food was incredibly fresh, and the presentation was impressive. I ordered the fish and chips, which brought back fond memories of the classic dish from Britain—authentic and delicious! The hamburgers and pizzas also looked amazing, so I’ll definitely be returning to try more of their menu. The prices are very reasonable too. Highly recommend!

The service here was extremely slow here - it took 30 minutes from the time we sat down until we were able to get our drinks, despite there only being 5 tables occupied in the entire restaurant. Later, the waiter knocked over one of the drinks on the table and spilled it over two of the people in our party. There was no compensation offered - no free drink(s) or even a dessert as a result of the extremely slow service and the drink spilled on us. It is confusing how this level of service can exist in a restaurant in a supposed 5 star hotel.
