So apparently they charge one person 10% gratuity on top of your bill now during lunch time because as the server said they can’t afford to pay them so now they charge us to help to pay them so that’s disappointing and i definitely won’t be coming back to that location.

The food was ok,but I really did not like that there are no condiments on the table. I ordered a catfish plate, a shrimp plate and hushpuppies . What am I supposed to do with 2 little plastic cups of ketchup? Not a place I will visit again.

They charged me an automatic 18% gratuity JUST to sit at a high top table. Same service. Same food. 18%? For a particular table? That is ridiculous. I’ll be sure to report this to corporate office.
Oh my! The snow crab legs at this Crafty Crab location are simply the best. I promise, or THE BOOM seasoning and at a medium heat! You just can’t go wrong. And let me tell you about the service….you can’t go wrong by asking for Gorrdy to be your waiter. He is excellent…very attentive….. and very mindful of your complete satisfaction as a customer.
Just an excellent experience tonight!!! I’ll definitely be back!

The food is good but the price vs portion size is not. One person will NOT get full for under $35.💯 It'll do if you are alone and just have a taste for seafood, especially the fried fish basket (3 pc fish with fries😋). It's freaking delicious but the 3 little pieces of fish are so narrow that you'll need to order two of them just to get full. That's about $35. If there are 2 people then you're either going to leave hungry or be ready to spin at least $75. It's a shame too because their bar area creates an amazing chill romantic vibe and the employees' customer service is absolutely wonderful but again those prices keep most people away, hence they're always pretty empty. Therefore I couldn't in good conscience recommend this spot as a great 1st, 2nd, or 3rd date knowing that the poor guy or girl is walking into a well-laid trap of $100+ bill. If that's not a problem then have at it. However, skip the 1 or 2lb crawfish and crab legs, it's waaaay too expensive. I do recommend the oysters though, they're delicious.😋 Bottom line the food is good but the prices are NOT! Sorry!🤷🏾♀️
