I visited Jersey Village location and ordered to go. It was horrible. There were shells all in the crab cakes the shrimp was fried and tasted horrible . The fish was the size of catfish nuggets. Nothing had flavor. I had a $70 bill for garbage and no resolution. Horrible that a restaurant would send out food like that!! I drove 45 minutes to have this experience. Never again I should’ve stayed home.

The food here is pretty flavorful. We had crawfish, Dungeness crab, fried and boiled shrimp and snow crab. The Dungeness was ridiculously priced. We sat at the bar because the wait for a table was 40 minutes. Service was mediocre. The bartenders were all over the place and it was very hard to germ their attention. Flavor was good.

Honest thoughts. The food is good. The service is hit or miss. I’ve had both great service and lackluster service here. The main issue is that the music is very off putting for diners. It’s not only insanely loud, the playlist is random and often times inappropriate, cussing rap music. I personally love rap, but I don’t want to hear “Hoochie Mama” by 2 live crew playing with my parents and kids at dinner. Seems like the owners let a younger crowd in charge of the atmosphere after hours and you never know what you’re going to get.

This has always been the location we ordered take out from or dine in at. But our recent experience was HORRIBLE! Christmas Eve we called and ordered 2 catfish baskets and a boil. My shrimp was OLD, and MUSHY. Some of they you couldn’t even peel. My fish was undercooked. Just unbelievable. Tried calling to speak with a manager and was on hold for so long. I will be reporting to the health department.

I visited this location today , when we arrived the host took my driver’s license just because we had a party of 6 people, I’ve been to high end restaurants and no place has ever took my drivers license until we finished eating and paid.
My second complaint is the service and attitude of our waiter he was a male gentleman, he was rude and it seemed like he was in a rush to take our order this is not the first time this has happened with the same waiter I will not be coming back to this location they could do better than this.

EXCELLENT!!! AMAZING!!! FOOD!!!! AND VERY CLEAN!!! SMELLS SO GOOD!!! LOVE THE DECOR DECORATIONS FOR HOLIDAYS!!! But the hostess are sometimes rude. The music is so loud it becomes not enjoyable. We shouldn't have to scream to order or struggle to hear the waiter explain something. Hopefully my next visit the music isn't blasting like a night club at 1pm.

Worse location ever, I usually go to the 1960 location and never had a problem. From the moment we got there the waitress gave us attitude. He kept forgetting everything we were asking him for, I got no silverware so I ate my rice with my hand for like the first 10-15 minutes. The shrimp were freaking DRY, no sauce at all. My friend got charged someone else’s tab, the manager didn’t even care at all! I could keep going but whatever, they will never see me again.
