The drinks and food were good. The crabs were small. My only problem was when we were handed a bill with additional food that we did not order but that was resolved. Service was basic.

So apparently they charge one person 10% gratuity on top of your bill now during lunch time because as the server said they can’t afford to pay them so now they charge us to help to pay them so that’s disappointing and i definitely won’t be coming back to that location.

Oh my! The snow crab legs at this Crafty Crab location are simply the best. I promise, or THE BOOM seasoning and at a medium heat! You just can’t go wrong. And let me tell you about the service….you can’t go wrong by asking for Gorrdy to be your waiter. He is excellent…very attentive….. and very mindful of your complete satisfaction as a customer.

Just an excellent experience tonight!!! I’ll definitely be back!
