I think I got food poisoning from this place. I went on Sunday and was sick with food poisoning on Monday I didn’t go anywhere else or eat anything out of the norm. A few other people in the group also had the same issue with food poisoning.

The service was great and food was very good. Drinks was great. Nice music clean place, If you want to relax and watch the game this is the place. Plenty of TV'S.

Quality service goes a long way and as good as the food is here, it’s disappointing that the service is lacking. My server, Amory was overwhelmed, but still very kind and prompt. I could tell he was pretty new to the team and as a server. He seemed to be in the weeds. However, his teammates were disappointing. I understand sections and I understand not being “tipped” for helping your teammates, but helping each other out goes further than anything. It keeps an establishment going and helps prevent disgruntled guests. I asked the server, Kat, that was near his section for a crab leg cracker and she instantly said, “let me find your server”. Yes, my server is at fault for not checking our section often enough, but grabbing utensils is a simple task that doesn’t need to be put in the POS system which is the only thing you should have to ask my server for assistance with. As servers, you should hep each other out at all times because it helps the business as a whole. She could have just helped out and gotten the cracker. Instead she ignored and avoided our section afterwards even though I asked 3 different times. I found it ridiculous and even my child was confused as to why she couldn’t just help. As small as an issue as this was, it did affect my experience. Good service goes a long way and based on previous reviews it’s an ongoing issue. Teamwork makes the dream work and I hope your staff learns the importance of this soon.

I’ve been coming to this crafty crab for a long time. Today the waitress had such a bad attitude. I mean I have been here plenty of times and some of the waitress attitudes have been bad. Not as bad as the waitress was today. “She said the weather was bad and she don’t have to come in a good mood.” No greeting sliding our drinks and food across the table. Not to mention we waited 10 minutes while she sat behind the bar on her phone. We were the only people in the restaurant. I’ll never go back again! Good food but the service is terrible.

Ordered 2 Dungeness crabs. It is old. Do you recook leftovers? Doesn’t even taste fresh, not good at all. Very disappointed. The Dungeness crab was over salted.

Went for my birthday dinner yesterday. The food and waitress was perfect but we had to wait 10+ minutes and no one came to collect payment so we went to pay at the front. The older lady charged us and saw we left no tip in the receipt and made a statement about how it’s a 100 dollar bill but no tip as we were walking out. We left cash at the table. Won’t be coming back after that statement

I ordered fish and shrimp and my daughter had a boiled bag. Too much money for what we got. The flavor for the shrimp and fish was good just not cost effective. A piece of fish cut in half. The boil in the bag was horrible. The flavor was not good. It was expensive and of poor quality.
