We only ordered crawfish for take out. Food was ready fairly quickly and it was flavorful. Staff was very friendly. Atmosphere was clean. Looking forward to bringing the family in to try the dine-in service and experience.

Her attentive and friendly demeanor elevated the dining experience, consistently checking in to ensure our satisfaction. Despite the setback with the broken glass, she promptly replaced my drink, although it arrived half full.In summary, while the food quality and service from the waitress remain commendable, the disappointing response from the manager regarding the broken glass incident leaves room for improvement in the overall customer experience at Crafty Crab.Will not be going back

They will hack your credit/debit card!!! I believe it was the bartender with the dead’s and glasses. Went here on 3/21/24 with my boys and they tried to use my card info. Luckily my bank caught it so y’all be careful at this restaurant and use cash only. They have good food but man they will scam you

Never had Cajun boil before but lord have mercy the snow crab and crawfish was so delicious with the boom sauce. The chicken tenders were juicy and delicious for those that don’t want seafood. Get the strawberry lemonade. The waitress Tytianna, was so nice and provided great service. I don’t mind raising my cholesterol for this restaurant ?♥️

Craft crab I give you a 10/10I’m from Beaumont and it definitely taste better than what I’ve had. Everyone was nice and help me choose something as well. I’m coming back for sure. I would’ve taken a picture but it was too good. I will next time lol.

We experienced such amazing service here from when we walked in. We were actually greeted by our server Tatiyanna she provided all the information we needed to order. She gave us drink recommendations and was timely with our order. She truly made our experience memorable we were visiting from out of town but would love to come back to visit!

i would love to have reviewed the food but i never got service after sitting there for 10mins after i asked for a different table because she threw the menus down right there at the table by the host stand and walked off. so when asked for request of different table i didn't care what table just not at the door i was told once some booth she pointed at got cleaned off .... 10 minutes later while im looking for another restaurant and now checking reviews this time still no one came to the door table which we sat at so i got up and left i be so irritated because as someone who's been a host and a server like no excuses at least be like are you good ? like speaking is nice ooooooooo let me not for get about the one server who was like move move move when the host was throwing down menus ... girl i get it we was in the way but i shouldn't have heard you i got two red flags before a sat down and still did never again smh
