Crawfish Cafe has been my go to place for crawfish. I just so happened to crave some today. I called their number to place an order only to find out that they’re close for renovations. I called their number to check if my order is ready to pick up, and no one picked up. All of the entrances were covered. The girl on the phone is really immature. She could have inform that the restaurant is closed for the meantime. Do better and grow up.

Food was amazing! The place smells so good as you are walking by in the Hong Kong City Mall, it’s what lured me in. I love Cajun food. I ordered the crawfish ettoufee here and it was delicious!!! So much flavor. The wait staff was very nice. There is paper on the table I was able to do a bunch of puzzles while I waited. Can’t wait to come again.

I ordered fish & shrimp with a side of red beans & rice, & cajun fries, I also ordered some shrimp with a side of gumbo & fried rice, I waited 30 mins to get a text that my food was ready it was COLD, the gumbo wasn’t good, the beans & rice wasn’t good & the fried rice was scorched really bad. I’ve been calling to let them know but the phone line stay busy

NO PARKING/HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I drove around waiting on a parking spot only to park across the street and cross a busy street in oncoming traffic. I waited over 40 mins for a table, despute multiple open and available tables, was finally seated only to wait an additional 15 mins before a server acknowledged my presence. I asked to speak to a supervisor who came to the table and took the order of the party who was seated after me at the adjacent table. I was there over an hour only to leave hungry and annoyed. I don't care how good the food allegedly is. ( I wouldnt know because no one served me) The service is not worth it!
