Ice cream was very good, but I won’t be coming back. My husband and I stopped by last night after dinner at Mia Bella across the street. We’ve always noticed it’s packed inside when we pass by, but decided to finally check it out. It was around 7:45 pm when we arrived. There were many people in line waiting to order, and a few who left because wait time was too long. We didn’t get our ice cream until around 8:15pm, and it wasn’t the young lady’s fault. It was due to lack of employees working resulting in longer wait time…

There was ONE young lady working (not that it matters, but she’s African American to be exact —so there’s no confusion), and that’s not good on a busy Friday night. There should be at least THREE people working on busy nights, so that if one calls in, has to leave early, etc there will still be TWO people working. Having just one person working was disappointing to see. The young lady was probably exhausted and ready to go home. She did not look distressed or annoyed, but there were some very loud kids screaming and running back and forth. I can’t imagine the irritation she probably felt, and I don’t blame her. She was very kind and professional, despite how busy she was.

I hope management sees this and realizes that one person on a busy night is not a good look, and it’s pushing customers away. Just because the ice cream is good, doesn’t mean it’s GOOD enough. Some people don’t give a crap about there being just one person working, they just want their food. But I do care, and I won’t be returning because I don’t support giving ONE employee all the work no matter how much they’re getting paid.

No one should be working that dang hard to keep a job. Do better, creamistry.

It says they close at 9 pm and it’s 8:35 pm right now and no one is there. This is ridiculous

A warm weekend and you only have one person staffed is a planning fail. Staff shows negative amounts of concern for service or cleanliness. This place has really dropped off, which is a shame.

I paid for a large caramel ice cream and they gave me a small one and it cost like $15 and it didn't even have the waffle cone and besides, everything was dirty they don't keep it clean anymore. poor service👎👎👎

Tried to get ice cream just now (hours are from 12-10 on Sundays this was 2:30). Anyways we were there waiting, could hear them in the back singing and playing. My husband whistled to try to get their attention then it went dead silent and they turned the lights off on the customer area so we just left. Now we have a very disappointed 6 year old so thanks.

Waited for almost 20 minutes to get the ice cream…a party of four came after and she stopped when she was about to make mine, to take their order…. Please get two people to run the business.

Very disappointing experience, and sadly not the first one. The service was terrible. When we asked for recommendations, the employee showed no interest and kept saying she didn’t know or had never tried the products.
On top of that, the ice cream wasn’t good at all. I do not recommend this place.

Here it is 20 minutes past opening and there is nobody there, me and another customer were peeved, the sign clearly says open at 2. They dont answer the phones either. Under new management? I can see why

Terrible service. Came in with 20 mins till closing to grab a sweet treat with my little cousin. Had us wait there for 10 minutes then proceeded to tell us that they weren’t going to take our order and that we could leave a review if we didn’t like that. Terrible management and employees

The ice cream was very expensive and although I do understand the appeal of “made fresh” ice cream, it meant we waited 30 minutes for 5 ice creams especially with one staff member working at 5PM. The ice cream itself tasted ok but nothing special. The young man working there was nice enough and I don’t blame him but I think it’s a not-great business model.

Ice cream tasted fine but the service could have been better if there was more staff. There was only one employee on a busy Sunday. She looked overwhelmed and tired when she told us the wait would be 15 minutes while she cleaned everything. Lots of pots banging and throwing in the back while she cleaned. We understood it was a lot on her. It wasn’t a fun experience like it usually is.

Ice cream is good but they portions are not persistent. We got the same ice same and the same size but one was a little more than half the other one. Hope the owner do a better job of training the staff in the future.

I’ve been coming to Creamistry for the longest time and have never had an issue until now. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. I waited about 35 minutes for my order while watching several customers who ordered after me receive theirs. When I finally asked about it, the employee mentioned that the register was acting up and said he would make it right away. A few minutes later, I received the wrong ice cream.

At that point, I asked for a refund, but the staff didn’t know how to process it correctly and couldn’t refund the full amount. After all that waiting, I ended up leaving empty-handed. It’s unfortunate, as I’ve always enjoyed coming here, but this experience showed a real lack of organization and customer service.
