The ice cream was very expensive and although I do understand the appeal of “made fresh” ice cream, it meant we waited 30 minutes for 5 ice creams especially with one staff member working at 5PM. The ice cream itself tasted ok but nothing special. The young man working there was nice enough and I don’t blame him but I think it’s a not-great business model.

Ice cream tasted fine but the service could have been better if there was more staff. There was only one employee on a busy Sunday. She looked overwhelmed and tired when she told us the wait would be 15 minutes while she cleaned everything. Lots of pots banging and throwing in the back while she cleaned. We understood it was a lot on her. It wasn’t a fun experience like it usually is.

Ice cream is good but they portions are not persistent. We got the same ice same and the same size but one was a little more than half the other one. Hope the owner do a better job of training the staff in the future.

I’ve been coming to Creamistry for the longest time and have never had an issue until now. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. I waited about 35 minutes for my order while watching several customers who ordered after me receive theirs. When I finally asked about it, the employee mentioned that the register was acting up and said he would make it right away. A few minutes later, I received the wrong ice cream.

At that point, I asked for a refund, but the staff didn’t know how to process it correctly and couldn’t refund the full amount. After all that waiting, I ended up leaving empty-handed. It’s unfortunate, as I’ve always enjoyed coming here, but this experience showed a real lack of organization and customer service.

2nd day in a row this place closed early.

Amazing place good customer service

Although the young lady working the counter was kind, the store was unkempt. Machines were dirty, counters were dirty, floors were dirty and as nice as she was the head scarf wasn't very professional looking. At $10 for a small cup of ice cream I just feel like the price didn't match the experience.
Very likely that I won't be returning.

This place is usually a let down, they don’t have cashew or coconut base every time I go , we go because we’re a lactose free family ! No cones and it always stinks in there either like sewage coming from the restroom or from bleach intensely unbreathable had to sit outside with our milk base ice cream last time they suggested I go to the other ice cream place across the road !

Angel made our experience so much more than just a quick stop for ice cream. I think we enjoyed the “science lesson” as much as our littles did. The sweet treats are always great, but customer service like that is RARE these days. Thank you, Angel!

The staff was so kind to me and my group! There was a lot of teenaged kids in their store so it would have been easy to be un-kind but she was so sweet to use and interacted with all of us. On top of good customer service everyone got what they ordered quickly and done correctly!

The owners and workers were incredibly kind! The establishment is nice to enter and very clean. Best of all the product was amazing and was exactly what my family was looking for. Genuinely has some of the best flavors done in the best way. 10/10 would recommend!

Came here hoco night with a group of 10, workers so nice and got us our ice cream super quick. Definitely come and try if you’re yet to. Cookies and cream is the best!!
