Ordered two regular specialty cups. Both ended up being a small scoop of ice cream with a topping for $9.25 each. No waffle cookie like in the picture. We asked about the cookie they said they were out. We said they didn’t tell us that when we ordered and we got ‘we’re sorry’ no offer for refund or anything. Ice cream was ok not the best.

Maybe the ice cream scoops themselves are different but I just got the brownie batter ice cream shake and I promise it just tastes like refrigerated chocolate milk. I am so disappointed because it cost $12 and it was no where a good experience. Don't bother coming here for shake. Jack in the Box has better shakes than this.

New management isn't as good as old ones. Been taking Chocolate Combustion for years but for last two visits the have burnt brownies that feels like crackers, chocolate chips are just sprinkled not mixed like old ways and the whole Chocolate ice cream feels like milk.

Delicious and creative. We can't wait to take the grandkids and try more menu items. Unique experience!

The young man at the counter was not only unkind but also overcharged us and when I asked about it brushed me off. The place is dirty and unkept. I would not recommend

We went there because my daughter loves the vanilla ice cream with brownie, this time she couldn't bite the brownie because it was harder than a rock, we told the lady at the register and she said there was nothing she could do.

The ice cream itself is excellent. The only thing better than it was the customer service provided by the staff. They we're quick, efficient and beyond friendly.

Malaika (The lovely woman who helped me) made the entire experience better by sheer force of personality. Top tear customer service.

Desperately need to have more people working at one time. Takes 20 min to even order and when you do, you’re met with someone young and rude and looks like they hate their life. Eh probably won’t be back

Malaika and Madison were the nicest of people who helped me get comfortable with what I wanted to order. Even after I ordered my ice cream it came out so quick which surprised me, showing that this place has pretty good efficient service
