Went here for the first time and the place was decent. I went around 4 or 5 in the evening so they were out of of flat waffle truffle couple so i went with a ice cream in a cup and it was very delicious rich and creamy pricing was a bit high but overall it was a great evening treat. The workers we not all engaging and seemed very quiet and reserved but they made the ice cream great. The place also can be a bit more cleaner it wasnt the best looking. Overall i give it a 3 they have alot of room for improvement. I would recommend for a nice summer day spot

This place has great ice cream but horrible customer service. They were short staffed and put a sign on the door saying not servicing. They don't close till 10pm. A kid in a wheel chair came in and they denied him ice cream. It was heart breaking to see the kid leave without ice cream. Like I said I like the ice cream but the service needs improvement.

(Went May 4, 2024) Normally go to the Fry Rd location but this location was closer to us after eating out. My oldest cannot have dairy so she was excited to go get ice cream after eating out. We arrived and asked for oat milk but they were out. Then asked for cashew milk but they were out. The only milk left was coconut. We tried it. The young girl working was not friendly and I could not hear her due to the loudness from the back. I finally told her I cannot hear you because of the pots and pans and she closed the door. The coconut milk ice cream was nasty and we wasted our money. The tables were dirty, the atmosphere was off, and we left and drove to the Fry Rd location. It was night and day. My family and I said we will never visit this location again. It's such ashame since the location is in a fun shopping and eating area. It needs better customer service, cleaning, and product availability.

We stopped by here after visiting another place in vintage Park. This was our first time in. I love that you can choose the base of your ice cream and they have so many options of add-ins and flavors. A little on the higher end for the cost of ice cream and the portion size you get, but there are lots of options to choose from and I will tell you that the taste was phenomenal. I got oat milk base and the coffee flavored with brownie mix-in. It was very delicious. I will definitely be back.

The oak milk ice cream base is good, but I found a hair in my ice cream. The restaurant is filthy, and the bathroom had a ceiling vent ready to fall down on someone. This place is overpriced and dirty. I appreciate the vegan options, but fruity pebbles are not vegan considering they contain Vitamin D3 derived from animals. I won't be coming back to this location.

My husband and I go here frequently (at least 3 times a week), but today we had really really bad service from your worker Carlos. He argued with us about stamps, shorted us on our floats, then had a really bad attitude and threw the drinks and straws down at us. If he is working next time we go in, my husband and I will not be ordering here again. He’s needs a change of attitude.

Lazy staff. And not good service. Because “they were out of lids” we received one small and one bigger drink that costed less? Then to top it off I was asked if I wanted the employee to go in the back and cut up strawberries vs using only strawberry syrup although I paid for a drink that came up with cut up strawberries?? Is it that hard to cut strawberries? It’s not like we were coming in last minute either they had over an hour before closing. Drinks were good but that’s ridiculous for the amount of money we paid.Definitely won’t be coming back

I usually go to the Westheimer location. The service here was slightly better here. The ice cream was delicious. The place is run by teenagers which seems to be a theme with this franchise. They had a steady flow of customers. I wish they wiped down the tables and did more cleaning in between. We ordered fruity pebble and sea salt caramel ice cream.

I recommend staying away from this business.Three young girls were managing the place. My son and I were greeted by the first young lady with glasses. The other two were goofing off and we're not providing any service. Waited for a good 6 minutes while no one came to the cashier. I did get glances from the second girl though. When the third girl finally came to the cashier, she had off chats with the second, but never greeted or let me know in any way that she was ready to take our order. I was standing right in front of her. I had to finally ask her if we could order. The average fast food place has much better service. The two girls kept goofing off and took another 10 minutes. Lots of time stopping while putting the sundae together. This place needs some serious training. I'm not sure if the two girls were family or friends, but there was no adult management here. I would terminate these employees from my business. No service training or lack of responsibility. The ice cream wasn't even tasty. Not sure what the point of anyone supporting this business is. I have a feeling the first girl has a tough time working with the others.
