12/8: I wanted to try this place unsure what kind of food they serve. Based on the menu they have a variety of different types of food. We were recommend the wings by the waiter. We decided to order wings and I ordered fish & shrimp. We were literally the 2nd group onsite ordering. They had us waiting close to 30 min for our food until I brought it to their attention. The waiter stated that he didn't realized the machine submitted the order to the cook. They were putting up the chairs and it seem like there were about to close. I didn't want them to rush on the food so we decided not cancel our order and left. We attempt to give them a try but they failed to deliver. I wouldn't recommend to come to this place. I would like to frequent here because of its location and flavor but I spent $50 on the seafood boil when most of the shrimp were not cleaned. It’s off putting and decreasing the quality of the flavor. I have ordered here before and had a similar experience. I’m hoping this feedback will improve the overall experience.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWFUL AND RUDE! I had a taste for some fried rice so I ordered some food from there but when I got the food it was something I did not want or ask for. I tried calling to let them know but they were closed so I had to wait the next following day. The next day I called to let them know and whoever I spoke with said I had to have the food on hand or they’ll give me a 15% discount towards my next order. I told her I didn’t have the food on hand then got off the phone with her. I called her again because I realized I did have the food. When I told her that she told me I had to have the food how it was prepared. I asked her why didn’t she state that before when I talked to her the first two time and if there was a manager I could talk to. She told me she was the manager 🙄 (not sure how true that is or if I believe her). All I really wanted was a replacement and I would’ve been ok with that. Not to mention I called 3 times but two of the times she hung up on me and I wasn’t finished talking. Some service this is and I’ve ordered plenty times from here before.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! Johnny took our order and was incredibly nice, professional, and welcoming. His customer service made the whole visit even better. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was great. I’m definitely coming back and recommending this place to others. Thank you, Johnny, for the outstanding service!

Our secret getaway for amazing seafood, friendly service, and cozy atmosphere.

Tonight we ordered 5lbs of crawfish and discovered that it was either frozen or re-cooked. It definitely wasn't fresh. We were told to bring it back. We were already home and comfortable, so we opted not to go back. It is hit or miss with this place when it comes to crawfish. We won't be ordering again.

I usually have such a good experience here, but tonight was definitely not that. While I was enjoying my food, and my time, I randomly started to hear yelling from what sounded to be over by the counter. It was loud enough, and went on long enough, that I felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Well after that I saw an employee walk out, and leave in distress. Seemed that was the person being loudly berated. It was 100% unprofessional. I don’t recommend coming here, and i’m definitely telling everybody i know the same.

Waiter gave excellent service and food was okay. But would not return after seeing the owner mistreating and yelling at the employees in front of the whole restaurant.

Me and my family have been here several times and it hit or miss. Normally a miss! There is one server there that is decent. Pray that you get her (Tabitha). The manager is only a manager because her title she doesn’t know anything about the service industry and how to provide quality service and food. On one occasion the server forgot everything we asked for. Then, he never came back to the table so I had to go up front to get my own stuff. Right now they are sailing frozen crawfish calming that they are live which not true. If you eat crawfish all the time you tell the difference immediately. So I brought it to the servers attention which she stated they are live. I said no ma’am there are not live the texture is off and they taste funny. She continued to meander around the true until I asked her to bring out a live one which she didn’t do. She said well I seen them bring in some live ones in the morning. 👎
