I stopped because the name of the place caught my attention, I worked at CROISSANTS AND CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES, Caracas, as Gte. of Sales in the years 1986/87. This chain of stores created by Jean Paul Coupal, offered French pastries of the highest quality, puff pastry and butter croissants that had nothing to envy of those made by the Maxims cafeteria in Paris, (which I was lucky enough to try). That said, I ordered a croissant and a coffee, the perfect coffee, however the croissant, without being bad, did not have the quality of a French pastry. The atmosphere is a bit closer to the French style. I have to go back and try other preparations. I wish you much success. (excuse the length and my Spanish), I am Spanish.
