I've been going to crust pizza since they started in the woodlands and been trying the shepherd location since they opened and I was happy with it. This time, I went there on a Monday night. There was technically no customer. They gave me a cold pizza and not cooked to the order. It was very low on cheese and other ingredients and was filled with bell peppers. No one came to ask about how we doing and if we are ok with the food or not.

Ordered for Superbowl and they made about 30 people wait over an hour. Simply unacceptable! (I forgot to mention,@Collin that I placed this order in the morning well in advance. So yeah, Collin, I did expect the pizza to be ready when they said it would be ready which was 45 minutes before the game. By the time you saw me, i had been there over an hour, missing my own Superbowl party, and nobody could even tell me how much longer I would have to wait. So yeah I got upset when instead of getting my food, they'd rather offer me a refund and made me go to my own party empty handed. The lack of empathy and complete incompetence of this establishment making over 30+ people wait so long when everybody ordered pizza in advance for pickup before the game is quite infuriating!) Reading through the reviews making people wait is a regular thing at this restaurant, not just a one time thing apparently.

I gave this place a few tries. It’s gotten worse each time, tastes and looks like Chucky Cheese pizza. Bad quality cheese, greasy and my orders usually wrong.

We ordered a pizza and kept waiting for 45 minutes. After asking for an update we got feedback saying the order was “lost” in the system… honestly, this is a joke and lack of respect. I no longer recommend this place.

Good pizza. Order at the counter and sit down. Seems perfect for families with young kids. The vibe was a little awkward (they weren’t playing any music) but we still enjoyed it!

We ordered pizza extra crispy and it was the opposite, flimsy. To be honest it was the worst pizza I have had. The ingredients where good but not the dough. The tomato basil soup was alright. I have never ordered from here before but I don’t think I’ll order again

Ordered some pizza on the go, swung by and picked it up. Easy peasy.
They have some good pizza! Way better than the other establishments without saying names.
For now I don't know how long the sale will last but on Tuesdays it's half off Tuesday for a 2 topping pizza is only 20 bucks and we'll be worth the sale price.

Kid-friendliness: Good family hang out

Wheelchair accessibility: I believe so. Handicap parking right up front near the door.

I placed my order on 12/13, to be ready the next day, 12/14 at 4:30. Prior to picking up my order, I called them at 3:45 pm on 12/14 to confirm my order will be ready at 4:30. The man I spoke with confirmed my name, order, and verbalized my order will be ready at 4:30. He even stated they will start working on it at 4:05. I showed up to pick up my order and the lady (“Manager”) said that their ordering system was down yesterday so they didn't receive my order until just now. I told her I called an hour ago to confirm that my order will be ready, that they pulled up my order and verbalized it would be ready at the scheduled time. She said it's not their fault and they will start working on it now and walked off. This added a 30 min wait on top of my "scheduled" pick up. She did not apologize, she did not take responsibility, or even offer a way to make it right. I had a large group of people waiting for this order which is why I scheduled it to be ready at 4:30 and made sure to confirm the pick up time by calling ahead. Not a good experience as a first timer here.

Not really impressed after a complete disregard for customer service. We placed an order through the website for two pizzas, three hours before we needed them. We arrived at the scheduled time and went to the pick-up station, as mentioned in the e-mail. There was no apology considering we were headed to a party, and we were told we would need to wait since the system had a glitch. We thought maybe there would be something to make up for their error, but nothing was offered at all even though we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the pizzas. The friends we were meeting had a similar incident with Home Slice Pizza when they first opened here and they gave them two free pizzas & even offered a third, but it was declined; they went above and beyond. While the pizzas were quite good, their service leaves much to be desired. Even free fountain drinks would’ve softened the blow.

Parking: There is parking directly in front of the restaurant. There are both handicap spots and regular spots, with one or two spots marked for curbside.

Went on their half price Tuesday.
I was charged $20 for a very badly made Margarita with chunks of garlic. I can go to Luna's on their half price day and get a much better one for $10.

I visited to celebrate the end of the year, the service was very bad, it took 2 hours to deliver 1 pizza, we thought there were a lot of people because it was a good place, when we asked why the delay was, they told us that the manager Christy, who was very rude, cut hours for the staff. and that's why the bad service.
It was sad to see the staff throwing more than 50 boxes of pizza and food into the trash.
All because of an incompetent manager, we will never return

Ordered 2 pizzas at 5:42 and by 6:30 still no pizza. Was told it would be a 20 minute wait. To then find out they are short staffed after the fact. Never been to crust but not a good first impression
