I went yesterday for share with a friends, when we got a table the waitress told us we only have 1 hour for consuming, of course I didn't stayed, that was so disrespectful.

Not worth the price for simple or Mexican breakfast. If you want to take pretty pictures of your food presentation this is the place. The taste was not to my liking and some items from the platter tasted funny to me. We won't be coming back.

Today I came with my family, and the service was excellent, the girl who served us (she was a girl who has glasses) I forgot her name, but she served us very well, and the food was delicious, I would go again with my family.

I recently visited Cucharita, and I was truly impressed with the experience. The sweet bread was absolutely delicious – freshly baked with just the right amount of sweetness, and it had a delightful, melt-in-your-mouth texture. Their hot chocolate was equally satisfying, rich and creamy with a deep chocolate flavor that was perfect for a cozy treat. I also appreciated that the restrooms were clean and well-maintained, which shows their commitment to a pleasant dining experience. Overall, Cucharita combines great flavors with attention to detail in both food and atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve heard so many mixed reviews about this place so at first I was hesitant to go.
The food is good, but also, check with the server about any “extra” item prices cause a piece of meat cost me as much as just the regular plate i ordered.
I had chilaquiles con carne, they give you a good amount.
The issues i encountered..
One, they sat us outside right under the tree and at first everything was good, when out of no where we start feeling bird poop.. we got pooped on 5 times!!! In between these accidents we told our server a few times and she took it as a joke saying sarcastic remarks about us and the bird poop. She never took it seriously until we got firm. Another server had mentioned that our server forgot to put the umbrella but even after never decided to put it up.
Two; we had our 5 year old niece and they just seemed so bothered by bringing kids. You can tell right away. They also just keeping looking at the child. It made us feel so uncomfortable kinda them hurrying us up but anyone else they were being so nice and patient.
Also, the parking can be so complicated around the streets. Watch out before you get towed.

Went with my sister. I had the Huevos Cuchatita which were amazing! My sister really enjoyed the Huevos Mexicana tacos. She was pleasantly surprised at how good they were since it's essentially eggs. We both had the cafe ollas as beverages with almond milk. The milk was brought put separately and was steamed. We were greeted and assisted by Jennifer who was 10/10. Very kind, knowledgeable, and quick. She mastered the art of allowing you to enjoy your meal but checking on you. It was never a moment where we felt like she was overbearing or unattentive. We can't wait to come again.

Fabulous, innovative food. Great staff! Killer margaritas. All in the heart of Montrose!

This place is so cute! Parking is hard to find given that it's street parking where available, and they recently got rid of the only parking they had. The sweets here are very good. The food here is solid, but after visiting a couple of times now, there are definitely better dishes over others. The chilaquiles here have been very good every time, and I love how they change the type every week. The tamale rosa is very reminiscent of what I have had in México, so it's a must try. The cafe de olla here is not over the top stong or sweet, so if that is what you're looking for, I wouldn't recommend it, but for me, it is perfect. Overall, this is a solid choice for a cutsie mexican breakfast. Even if it is on the pricy side, it is an experience I think people should try.

I’ve been multiple times and I think the food is really great. The chilaquiles with tomatillo salsa and beef are some of my favorite in town and I am the biggest fan of their dish. The one thing I will note is that sometimes the people working there have a really bad attitude and are not afraid to show it. Starting from the people who greet you at the front outside, leading to the people who serve you inside. There are only one or two girls I know, that i have seen working there for a while, who do serve well and have always been very nice. The coffee is eh here to be honest, I still think it’s a bit too expensive for what it is but, I still think it’s good and my food always tastes the exact same every time I go. Parking is also terrible so make sure you are parked and have your whole party with you, if not, they will not seat you.

Parking: Parking sucks here. Find a spot on the street pretty much

Came here with the family for brunch. the options were okay and trying to get a table was obnoxious. There was no option to put in a reservation and even putting in a name required the entire party to be present. Not on the top of my list to come back to soon.

My first time in this place, and the breakfast was delicious, they respected the quality of the eggs, good flavor and everything fresh. The service was very good, everyone was attentive and we missed nothing at the table. Of course I recommend it.

The food was mediocre, I had the chilaquiles with two fried eggs , plus black beans , bacon and coffee the chilaquiles were to spicy plus two flour tortillas which are store bought (they told me they were handmade) they pretty much charged for every thing separately (except the chilaquiles and eggs) I understand charging the coffee separately but come on $5 for two store bought tortillas, $5 for black beans and $5 for 4 pieces of very thin bacon that’s a bit much
I’ll probably never return
