So I am suppose to have a 112.00 discount on rent for twelve months. They lied about that, also they don’t give you statement showing the fees so you really don’t know what you’re actually paying for. Don’t bother calling them because they don’t answer. You can’t email them once you move in, because they will not respond to you. You don’t get one month free! This was suppose to be an easy move but I’m treating every minute of it. I should’ve stayed at my old apartment. WARNING DO NOT MOVE HERE. Tevaun, the guy who I spoke with when I leased here doesn’t even work here anymore smh DO NOT BELIEVE THE WEBSITE! THEY DO NOT OFFER FREE MONTH RENT! I WILL BE MOVING ONCE MY LEASE ENDS!
The Quinn at a West Chase. I've lived here almost 2 yrs. I have not received a ramp or handicap sign to make it easier to get on the Metro lift. Lately over a period of months no hot water., low water pressure at times ??♀️.This maybe an inconvenience to some but to me having lupus it's a necessity. The hot water works a few hours then off again. I decided to color my hair this morning 9/15/24, only to wash it in cold water. My son pays his rent before time, never late in the time we've been here. The laundry room has broken windows and the machines don't work , so I have to pay Metro lift to go elsewhere to wash. If management reads this would really appreciate hot water on a regular basis, just as you expect our rent to be paid on time, and it is thank you.

I went to this place 9 months ago to look for apt, they had an offer at this time no fees to apply, I applied and I was willing to move there but at the exit gate this guys stopped me and asked for money, I ran and I decided I'm not going to risk moving there, about 2 weeks ago I started to get phone calls from collectors asking me to pay $200 for application fee, I haven't received any phone calls from the apt management to pay this money before, they just transferred me to collectors without any phone calls, so that's how they play the game they tell you no fees to apply but if you change your mind they wait and after a couple months you start to get phone calls from collectors, let me tell you that all the apartments if they ask for fees, they will not let you apply before you pay these fees but because they are scammers they do it this way, so i decided to put this warning to let everyone know about them, I' m going to file complaint with city of Houston and I'm going to fight till they give up but I won't let them scam me.

I went to them and they told me that they do not ask for any fees for filling out the reservation request form, and after 9 months they transferred me to one of the fees collection companies without any prior warning, as the law stipulates, and now they are asking me to pay the fees because I did not book with them, and of course, if they were honest, they would not have asked me about Pay the fees before filling out the form, but because they are scammers, they do not ask about the fees until after you change your mind and months later. They also claim that they asked you about the fees and you refused to pay, and of course this is a lie. The first call I received was after 9 months and it was not from them, but rather from one of the collection companies. Money, and the reason I did not book with them is because I was almost robbed inside this residential complex, which scared me, and the gates are open and broken all the time. There is no security in this residential complex.
Please do not sign any papers and do not attempt to book with them. This is for your safety and the safety of your children.

Had a talk with Monique, and she helped with some problems I had. Hopefully this new team is the beginning of good things for this complex.
Current resident. My apartment is decent I love the detail of the apartment. Pest is not a big issue plus they have a good rotation on pest control. Community is a bit disturbing at night on a safety level however I been in worser community before. The should just have patrol onsite especially at night time. That's my only concern is the fact they don't. The rent prices is exceptionally good if you need to save or on a budget this is the place to be.

This is the only apartment I rated in Houston since I moves here never saw anything like this the apartment is disorganized I hope the owners take a look at it because it is in shambles. Look, I don't even know where to start the apt has a lot of issues in terms of pest control because roaches are just around the corner they just pop out from now where, also I have seen numbers of mice that was living from the kitchen I have couple videos, I mentioned it to the office but they never had solutions that matter because I'd have burn the whole thing down and build new apt don't forget about dumpster and gates open 24 7 which makes anyone welcome ?, rethink about it.
The new manager TeVaun has been so great with helping me apply. They do not look at credit history, and is a second chance apartment complex. What a blessing for me. When I was completing my application and paying TeVaun was working on my screening and sending it over to override my credit history for an approval. What great care he had for me. I truly feel like everything is gonna be okay. That takes a special kind of person to do that for others. I'm blessed to have found this apartment complex.
We don't have running water and we can't even flush the toilet or take a bath this is unexceptionable in this heat where people are sweating all day also the office people don't even know when it'll come back on

Take your hard earned money somewhere else. I've lived here almost two years and have constant issues with pest control and maintenance. The management is always being rotated with new people every couple of months. The people that were here when I moved in horrible so they brought in two new people Ms.B and Brandon. And they did a lot of good and turned a lot of things around but now they have new people in there and all except for one of them are rude. No one ever answers the phone. I have never seen the manager. And when I speak to the assistant manager she speaks to me in a very rude and condescending tone. In the last month and a half I have complained about mold constantly growing in my restroom on the ceiling, and it was 2 weeks before someone even came out to do anything about it and when they did all they did was spray it and paint over it and the mold started growing back within the next 2 days. When I went back in to tell her that the mold was growing back she argued with me that it wasn't mold but that it was mildew and that she was not going to replace the sheetrock. Clearly she does not know that mildew is a form of mold. Google it.i know mold when i see mold it’s dark, gray sometimes black and fuzzy. I informed her that my son is highly allergic to this and this is why he's constantly being sick. That is ridiculous I pay almost $1,000 for a one bedroom every month and not taken seriously about my concerns but yet they want the rent on time. On top of those issues they're constantly finding new ways to add on extra fees now they're charging an extra $25 for parking and the parking lot is horrible and it's been 2 months since they started charging this fee and they have not done a single thing. Why would you charge the residents for parking? Are we not supposed to have cars?. Instead of charging an extra $25 they should be taking off an extra $25 for the laundry rooms that don't work which force everyone to have to go to laundromats off site. At least when the last management team was there they got things done Ms. B would have already had them replace my sheetrock when I first put the order in and she would have taken my concerns serious instead of arguing with me. The mood is getting worse each day.
Update: there’s still a hole in my ceiling that water pours out of whenever someone upstairs takes a shower or flush the toilet I don’t know. me and my son are still being exposed to the smells of the mildew and the mold and now it’s affecting both of our health.
Now we have been with out running water for two days! These conditions are against the law and inhumane.
Maintenance people take forever to fix problems. Lease office phones are never answered. Garbage is always overflowing in dumpsters. Roaches everywhere. I was assaulted and had to get stitches. I hope a class action lawsuit gets filed on this place.
Do not ignore the reviews! I would not recommend living here especially if you have kids. It’s not safe, I hear gun shots fairly close, police cars always here and break ins have been happening a lot. I experienced a leakage in my bedroom about a month ago which I had to go to the office about five times just for someone to come check it out and as you can see my bed is water damaged which I have not heard back from anyone about compensating me for my property being damaged by THEIR pipes. Desiree was suppose to file a claim to see if it would be covered which she doubted because with the insurance from the apt, your property is only covered if damaged is caused by another tenant which I was never aware of so she was suppose to contact cooperate about taking some money off of my rent. I’ve called back several times but she is never in the office. The carpet has not been replaced or even cleaned so the mildew smell is still lingering after a month. I even put in a maintenance request but they ignore it. Roaches are starting to get out of control. Which you have to wait until it’s your buildings turn to request pest control. Walls are really thin. They add ridiculous fees like a $25 parking fee, amenity fee which the laundry room is never working and some fees don’t even have a description on what they are. There are always homeless people roaming with baskets because the gates are always broken especially the back one. Management and the property do not care about their tenants seems like.
They promise a lot and don’t deliver any of them. Water shut of legitimately every day for minimum 5 hours, no pest control, can’t see parking lot lines, the lights around the apartment complex don’t work so it’s completely dark.
Now they charging for regular parking; 25 dollars a month to register your car. They said they would repaint the parking lot once they implemented this, but they haven’t. All they have been doing is finding new ways to charge tenants more with fees.
Leasing agent Havon helped my out with car permit recently...new front office staff -- excellent service and very professional...tree trimming is making the place look nicer too.
